Always fantastic service . They always go above and beyond . We only take our trucks to Laird Wheaton GM , we use our trucks for our business and need them to be in Tip-Top condition all the time and your staff always makes sure that they are. Highly recommend this car dealership.

We didnt have great credit but they were able to work with us to find a good truck for our small business. Christine from finance spent a lot of time on the phone with us and in person to make it happen.  Rick, Andrew and Ross were all very helpful and friendly.  A nice change from some of the other dealerships who didn't bother to call us back.

Awesome service. I went in today to get a replacement key made for my car.  They had the key made within 5 minutes. They went above what I expected for service by spraying all my locks as well as the ignition and making sure the key worked well. Great price for the service I received as well.

Disappointing.
motor on truck I had for 10 years needed expensive repairs so I decided to trade it in on a newer used truck at Laid wheaton.
Arriving at the dealer to sign the papers after financing was approved i was not able to take the truck home for a night to make sure I liked it.
The salesmen said it had to be done right now.
So I go and look over the numbers before I sign the papers and there is 3800 added the the cost of the truck for warranty,the factor warranty had expired the day before.you think the salesman would have told be..no too greedy.
so i buy a new truck instead from a different salesman which was a great guy.
The dealer has spray in box liner and under coating installed.
driving home I smell something burning,when I get home and look under the truck the under coating is all over the exhaust,drive shaft, electrical connectors,break booster,engine compartment.I smell this for a month.
Driving the truck it has vibration under acceleration,shifts hard when down shifting and stutters when driving under load.some times it down shifts so hard the back tires screech.now there is slack in the driveline
Had the truck in 5 times at Lair Wheaton to fix these problems.
after the second time there to have it fixed I asked the sales manager to trade it on a different truck as they cant fix this one,and i would pay the difference,,I guess he cant find one as he has been looking for 2 months,called the sales manager and left massages to call 3 times and no response.
Asked the salesman that I was dealing with and no response after having ask him at least 10 time.
Last time I talked to the salesmen he said all the 2017 trucks were gone.
So I ask him to look for a 2018 instead.That was a week ago and no reply.
The salesman emailed me pics of 2 trucks a month ago and asked him to work out the difference,no reply.
You would think the sales manager would phone and take care of this problem,,not a chance,
They do not stand behind there product.
No wonder they wont take the truck on trade,they cant fix it..
they told me that this problem with these trucks is rare,just look on line and there are pages and pages of trans and torque converter problems with these trucks.they must not have internet access in that nice new shop.
went to another dealer and they told me right away what my next step should be,the changed oil in my truck and actually washed it 
Total waste of my time,
