Honestly, this is the best professional sales team in Nanaimo. I went to Volkswagen to purchase my car and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! I have been searching for a truck for some time and been bombarded with pressure sales tactics and overpriced products. Friendly helpful staff will help get you into exactly what you are looking for at a reasonable price. VWs are good value, and although the wait times for some models are lengthy 8 - 12 months for the electric ID4, you are price protected from your time of order. Also, they will give you a good deal on your trade, especially if it's a VW product.

Another award winning service experience at Harbourview , this one over re balancing of my MK 8 R wheels after the break-in period . This level of service doesn’t exist in the brave new world. Kudos to Lain and Chris for doing such fine work .

Good experience purchasing the vehicle. However the poor rating is from the service follow up. Spent 30k at your dealership and you're going to deny shuttle service after your stated 1 hr job turned into a 4 hr job?

VW is the worst. If you call about parts the refuse to give out part numbers. On top of the hefty price tag their return policy on even unopened parts is terrible. Most dealers I like the OEM parts but VW makes it a mess. Will be my last resort in parts for my car.

Had my car in for service, Jay was excellent. Clear communication, prompt repair back on the road within the day. Despite any obvious clues they believed what I told them and found the issue before it became anything more. Will definitely return! Update: Continue to have great experiences with the service team. Always clear communication and follow up when they say they will.

I am very grateful for my experience at Volkswagen. The service department representative “Blaine” was outstanding in every way! He was patient, kind, supportive and very effective at communicating everything that had to be done and continuously consulted recommendations of optional “needs” to be done. Having a choice is the best trust investment! I feel trust can be a big issue in the automotive world, but that definitely was not the case with Blaine. I immediately knew he was trust worthy fella! I was having issues with a previous automotive/collision company. Blaine stepped in as my advocate and met all of my needs with flying colours at a time when I wanted to give up. The world has been a bit of dark place these days for a lot of people with current state…Thank you Blaine for making it a whole lot brighter! Stay awesome Blaine!
