Nissan of Nanaimo

I am from Victoria but didn't click with the sales associate there so I called Nanaimo. A.J. Hicks was so helpful and kind. He listened to what I needed and being a first time car owner walked me through the basics. He worked within my budget and went above and beyond to help me. He was able to meet me half-way in Duncan to bring me my car. He showed up with flowers and a coffee gift card as a congratulations for my first car! Talk about thoughtful. I had a great experience with AJ and will be recommending everyone I know to him.

I recently bought a Nissan Rogue and I was extremely pleased with the service I received. My sales rep, January was great and very helpful. I've received a few follow-up calls to make sure that everything is going well, and I was reminded to bring my car in for complimentary car washes, and to join their Friday barbeques. I love my Rogue.

I purchased a Ford Edge from Nissan, AJ was my sales representative, he went out of his way to explain every feature of the vehicle and was so genuine and nice. Between Brandon and AJ it has been a great experience purchasing from Nissan. AJ especially went through every effort to accommodate myself and my family. He also went out of his way with Brandon to hook up my old stereo I had into the new vehicle. I went to a few dealerships before coming to Nissan and nothing compared to them. Thank you so much Nissan for a great experience in finding the right suv for my family. Love the BBQs on Fridays and the free car washes😉

Very unhelpful. Went in to see about a new truck. One salesman came over to speak. He says Hi, then disappeared. There were a few salesmen hanging around but never approached me to see if they could help. They obviously are not interested in sales. Poor service.

Great people, the service department staff are excellent to deal with and always friendly. They are happy to accommodate and help anyway they can. The new sales crew is much better now as well as of the new ownership, no pressure to purchase, no one attacks you when you walk in.
