Great effort by all concerned. This was not my first purchase of a vehicle however it was one of more relaxing adventures. Brennan, Justin and the surrounding staff made the overall buying experience very pleasant and easier than I anticipated.  One of the best surprises was the fact that Justin found a great financing option for us, he was able to beat the bank by several percentage points...always nice to be the banks, even if it is just by a little.

I was also very pleased to hear that the Toyota dealership in Nanaimo is a family owned operation. This is probably why the atmosphere was, in my sense a little more pleasant. While shopping for the vehicle I had occasion to visit some other dealerships and the atmosphere was decidedly different ... more pressure.
Great place to shop, great atmosphere and highly recommended.

Excellent services I had. I bought the 2017 Sienna with a good deal. Now I am travelling in the U.S with my family. This vehicle has nothing but comfort seating and safety features. We love about it. Jeffery helped me with everything. I hope Nanaimo Toyota can keep all the best consultants for the future. The business is good only as the employees are good.

Bought Tacoma 2017 from them. I researched a lot about Toyota trucks before buying it. They helped and treated me very well. Their sevice is quite good so far. Perhaps I will continue to be their customer for a while.

I liked my salesperson, Jeffrey, who - refreshingly - knew all about the vehicle I was interested in, which made my experience pleasant and productive.  In previous shopping experiences (Honda & GM) I,  knew more about the vehicle than my salesperson did, which was annoying and unhelpful.
I am delighted with my new Rav4 hybrid and am happy to recommend Jeffrey and Nanaimo Toyota to anyone looking for a great vehicle. 👍

Very friendly and informative. Jeffery Kao did a fantastic job at going over the vehicle with zero pressure to purchase or to take the next step. He listened to what my needs in a truck were and through process of elimination we narrowed it down to one, which I then purchased. Jeffery was easy to work with, very professional, respectful and also casual. 

I did the paperwork with Morgan and she was very patient, friendly and informative. Buying a brand truck was an intimidating process for me. There were, as to be expected, a lot of signatures and initials and numbers flying around. Morgan help keep me grounded and worked at my pace of fully understand the commitment.
