I have bought a few things here, big ticket too, (laptop) and always pleased. Today the manager made my life easier when I came in too soon to pick up an online purchase by letting me buy the item in store and cancelled my online order. Just remember store credit only for returns.

Helpful workers but could've been more knowledgeable. Either way, a good place to drop by for cheap finds (non electronic wise).

It truly SUCKS that Richmond Hill store was closed, and this Newmarket store needs renovation, HOWEVER the manager, assistant manager, as well as staff here are always kind and friendly, I enjoy shopping here! Hopefully the stock availability improves though!
