Welk's

This store has some cool socks, great for gifts.. but I went there to look for knee socks and they didn’t have any. There is a nice variety of all kinds of houseware things, and a good place to go for gifts. Could certainly use some funky knee socks though!

Welk's has a lottttt of stuff. As the store name implies it's a general goods store so it has just about everything you could possibly look for. Their prices are good too. And it's really neat how they carry local goods

I go for one thing and then leave many, many more.nnThey have amazing giftable items that I want for myselfnnGreat food products and skin care products.nnI can spend over an hour here.nnFun place for kitchen items too.nnYou won’t leave empty handed!

This store has all of the daily essentials but also goes beyond this. I didn't think I would love the feeling of a general store until I entered this place. It has personality and you can see it whether you're purchasing dishwasher soap, kitchen supplies, food or a thoughtful gift! Also, I adore a regular worker named Nelly, she is superb. Welks very well may be my favorite store and I highly recommend!

Have shopped at Welk's on and off for almost a decade now. Have always recommended the store to everyone I can and I'm so glad that through all the different business closures, Welk's is still going strong. I recommend checking the fridge near checkout as sometimes you can find the best deals! They also have the best Baggu selection of any Metro Vancouver store.nnI'd also like to highlight the lovely Filipina cashier, who's been around since I first visited. She always gives the best customer service and her energy really makes coming here an even better experience, for everyone!
