Awful customer experience with cashier Laurence. Looked like he didn’t want to be there which I get cause nobody ever wants to work but said 2 things the entire transaction which was hi and how would you like to pay. Not asking for 5 star experience but holding up my receipt with it between two fingers, impatiently waiting for me to take it as I’m trying to put my things away wasn’t what I hoped for lol

Great place to go and find brand name at good prices.

They are not organised and treating regular customers as thieves, They tried to refuse to return an Item I purchased one day before and I had the receipt, they discovered the code on the item is old , and the store manager wanted to make it my problem while she should admit it is an error or someone else caused the issue. You can’t disrespect your regular customers, I have been shopping here for 8 years.

Call the store to ask if they have kid’s knee pad and elbow pads for 3 ages. Staff asked me to go there and check out by myself. They do not know if they have or not, and cannot help to check. This is the first time in last ten years for me to call a store to ask if they have a product and cannot be helped. Very disappointing
