Winners

I had a great visit to Winners today. The store was well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate, which made shopping stress-free. The variety of items was impressive—from clothing and shoes to home décor and accessories—everything was neatly displayed and at great prices.nnThe staff were friendly and approachable, greeting customers with a smile and offering assistance when needed without being intrusive. The checkout process was quick and efficient, with the cashier being both polite and professional.nnOverall, my shopping trip was smooth and enjoyable, and I left feeling satisfied with both the quality and the value of my purchases. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It's fine. We normally shop for random household things here. I'd not buy clothes here though as it often seems priced higher than it's value. I can see why it appeals to many though, as the styles are fun and the layout of the store displays it well. I'd like to see a bit more fair pricing come out of here, but I think it's about what one would expect. Staff are Friendly and the store is well maintained.

This store never fails to disappoint. Every time we come here to shop, there's an issue—either the staff is rude, or if the staff is polite, the manager lacks basic customer service skills and fails to understand or resolve concerns.nToday, I picked two identical items. One was priced at $12 and the other at $19. When I asked why there was a price difference, I was told it was because one arrived in April and the other in June. I accepted that explanation. However, it doesn't make sense that an item commonly sold in the market for $22 would be priced at $19 in Winners—it’s not a significant discount. I also mentioned that one of the items was already opened and asked if they could reduce the price, as Winners usually marks down opened or returned items for clearance. The manager flat-out refused and said, “We don’t sell items if they’re opened by someone—you can just leave it.” That was clearly not true, as I’ve seen open or returned items on their clearance shelves many times before.nThe manager’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no reasonable solution and coming across as egotistical rather than customer-focused. If someone in a managerial position can't handle such a simple issue properly, they shouldn’t be in that role.nOn a positive note, the girl at the till was very kind and tried her best to help, but unfortunately, the manager's behaviour left me extremely disappointed.

So. My complaints about how Winners puts uncomfortable security & price tags in shirt collars didn’t go unheard!nnOops! My mistake! They’re still not listening!nnTake a look at how Mark’s puts tags on their clothes and maybe ‘take a leaf out of their book’ - cuz until you do, I’m shopping at Marks.nSorry Winners.

Winners Sunridge is a large location, but the selection feels limited, with not many different styles available. It’s an extremely busy store, with people constantly rummaging through items and not moving, making it a bit chaotic to navigate. Customer service presence was lacking, as I didn’t see anyone walking around to assist. If you're looking for a quieter shopping experience with more variety, this may not be the best spot.
