Canadian Tire

I called the auto parts section and spoke with a Filipino guy who could not speak proper English. I repeated and even spelled the part name 4–5 times, but he still didn’t understand. He was not willing to help, just tried to ignore me and escape, and finally said “we don’t have it” without even checking. Very poor service — Canadian Tire should hire people who can actually understand and assist customers.

I had one of the best customer service experiences in quite a while today. My first time at this location and my interactions with multiple employees were all so positive. I had accidentally come before the flyer started but they offered to honour the price early. One person offered me a cart when my hands were full while another gentleman offered to take my hand basket and put it back. Great service all around!

Today i returned bissell carpet washer machine which i purchased two weeks ago and had the worst experience.Despite the fact that the machine was faulty and used for 2 times try to remove the big yellow stain that the machine left in my carpet ,I was only given store credit instead of a refund. When you pay good money for a product that damages your home, a refund should be standard—not forcing customers to spend more money in the same store.

Absolutely incredible last minute service!nnWe got a flat tire while in the city and we were turned down by So many places as soon as our phone call went through to this Canadian tire location Kelly said “bring it down.”We’ll figure something out.nnSuper thorough , thank you for you incredible service.

Took my car in to get a diagnostic for my check engine light, and they somehow managed to break loose the entire plate off the front of my hood, BUT ONLY ON ONE SIDE ! So what they did was just squeeze the side hanging out back into place and sent it home with me without telling me. Only reason I found out was because it flew up on the highway. Phoned them and they put me on hold indefinitely to instead call my father whose number it was under. Never got back on the line with me. Took it in AGAIN to ask them to fix it and they took very little responsibility but said “they could try to glue it” to which I then watch the mechanic try to forcefully pull the hood open FROM the broken plate without UNLOCKING the hood from the inside of the car first what I assume is the exact thing that broke it. Still no responsibility taken. I left my car for him to glue it back on. Glue lasted 2 days before wiping off on the highway at 110 kmh.nThey couldn’t even tell me why my check engine light was on in the end. They just force shut it down. Nearly $200 for them to break my car more than it was when I gave it to them, and now my car is permanently missing a part. Only go here if you enjoy being dismissed and endangering yourself and others on the highway.
