Last year I reviewed this place and the state of the store, it wasn’t bad. You can tell in a way it seems to be mis-managed.the bathrooms are alright, there seems to be issues with flushing the toilet. The baby changing station is clean which is nice to see. The racks are almost always messy. I was in the store within an hour of it opening and it wasn’t in good shape. Pickup the slack and you will be back to bring great!

I just had the most wonderful experience with an employee named Bunny !! She was so friendly and helpful, and she even had the item I was so in love with in the medium I needed - what a stroke of luck I can only attribute to this fabulous employee haha. She even cracked jokes and made sure I felt super comfortable and welcome throughout the entire process !!! Can’t say enough great things about the experience at this store, thanks again Bunny :

Not the BEST Winners location you could pick for Calgary. I find this one usually has less selection, sizes and clearance.nnI’d definitely recommend the one on Stephen Ave instead, that’s where I find all my favourite Winners finds.

An extremely disheartening experience with the way one of the Managers dealt with a return. My father who is 72 years old had recently visited winners and bought a single seat sofa chair. For whatever reasons it didn’t work out, so he decidednTo return it after two days. When he initially purchased the chair he was offered helpnTo load in his car. However today when he went back to the store he went inside and askednFor help as he has a return and unable to carry it himself. The manager, who wore a black turban most likely of Sikh ethnicity accompanied him outside and then started to question my dad why he is returning the item, my dad said dont need, he started to move the sofa chair and my dad gave him a little hand bringing it out of the trunk while he was carrying the sofa chair cushion along with few other items. He told my dad to put that on the side and help him carry this inside. To that my dad felt sudden obligation that if he doesn’t help he won’t take his return so a 72 year old man, senior citizen tries everything to the best ofnHis ability despite the knee pain or back pain so he can get hisnMoney back. And while he’s helping himnWalk it inside that store the manager keeps striking a conversation forcing mynDad to answer why he is returningnThe couch loosing breath just enough energy to bring it inside was his goal so he can get hisnMoney back! What is so disheartening the lack of empathy and consideration towards a senior citizen, a manager of the store should have come up with a solution rather than putting a customernThrough sonMany hurdles just to get his return. The manager from the get go was insisting my dad tonReturn it at a home sense store even though they purchased it from this location and already at the location . The inconvenience he had caused was already a sign of his lack of customer service or empathy. We are extremely saddened by the way he behaved and handled a return. Extremely unprofessional and definitely needs a feedback and training so he can improve the skills he lacks to become a better manager!

Great clothing, some even designer - for a fraction of the cost! Because you're omitting paying the overhead and presentation like you do when going to a clothing outlet. Great prices, amazing selection, good stuff is gone fast, if you want to find a gem, start early and visit every 2-3 days
