I'm an American. This store was NOT a tire store, but more a small target / Walmart kind of place. Definitely awesome. Had exactly what we needed. The staff was awesome. Super friendly and helpful! And definitely Canadian! Never seen so many hockey sticks in my life....
The staff here went above and beyond helping me get the things I needed before close when stock wasn’t yet refilled. I really appreciated the effort and friendliness at this store. I got everything we needed though I had to wait a bit, they took our number down to pick up tomorrow while they hunted through a new shipment for me as they might not be able to find it timely, but during our checkout they did right near the end so that was so wonderful to not have to make a second trip later on. Thank you for making my week easier!
Great service and staff help.nBig variety of products, but prices are quite high for some positions.nnUpd. Made a big purchase and very happy of the procurement with the discounts.
Came in at 8:50pm and needed an automotive battery. Spoke with logistics manager Kayke, had a battery in hand and paid for right at 9pm. Me: bad customer for strolling in right before close and asking for something buried in the warehouse. Them: great customer service and willing to go the extra mile for the sale. Thanks !!
Do not waste your time here. I bought a car battery 6 months ago, and then they say the store policy is that they will not do any warranty whatsoever. They sent me to a store 30 minutes away. Poor quality product and no warranty to back it up.nThey have automated replies to contact their customer experience team, which I already have done, and they have not provided any solution other than that they will look into it. However, if you look at the reviews at the store, many people have the same experience so clearly they are aware of this issue and don’t care.
