Well stocked and well organized. Easy to navigate and tidy.nnI use the Canadian Tire app to help me find what I need faster, and the aisle notes in the app match reality in the store.nnThey have self-serve online pickup in the lobby too.nnThey will validate parking as well if you park in their garage.nnGreat location, in the same building as the grocery store. Easy errand trip!

Interesting to note that every complaint on the reviews instruct the person to call to talk about it. It is not the customers duty to first leave a review and then call to explain again. If the company reads it here they should ensure that every complaint is dealt with at the store. I wonder how many people do not leave a review and how many really call to complain….again!nIt’s your store, you fix it!!

Zero ratings!nPathetic customer service!nWent in there to get foil paper we checked on the screen and it said 2 in stock in aisle 2 but actually there were none so definitely its inaccurate. Went to your staff who was an old lady asked her for assistance she said i will check in back. We waited more than 7 mins then i had to approach her again asking if they have it her response was 'NO' isnt your duty to inform customer rather than keep on 'unnecessarily wait'. No wonder this store has horrible customer service based reviews.nnAlso,nIf you are not white one should not visit this igloo. Because every white person when exited store they were being greeted 'Thankyou' or 'Have a nice day' but not us and this is everytime. So wont be visting this bigot with crappy customer service igloo anymore.nnOf course there will be an automated response to this. So no we won't be calling you for your irresponsible and lazy approach.nnHOSERS!

As soon as I got to the entrance I was greeted with feeling more like a potential thief rather than a welcome customer and just because I was wearing a backpack that I use to carry my day to day items, ie. Lunch to work etc.nnAnd when I spent roughly 10 minutes looking for what the site said they had, I couldn't find an associate anywhere throughout the store..nnSpent another 10 minutes in line for the customer service rep to finish a long chat.. I just feel the store can make some minor improvements to go a long way in having better customer service.

I'm an American. This store was NOT a tire store, but more a small target / Walmart kind of place. Definitely awesome. Had exactly what we needed. The staff was awesome. Super friendly and helpful! And definitely Canadian! Never seen so many hockey sticks in my life....
