Canadian Tire

I rated my experience 3 out of 5 because, upon picking up my car after a tire change on Sep 29, I noticed oil stains on the inside seats and outside handle and trunk of the vehicle pictures attached. Also, I was missing the wheel alignment report I was told that the work was done, but they failed to print it out.nnAdditionally, I did not rate the experience as a 1 due to the excellent service provided by the Auto Parts department, where I was able to purchase a set of winter tires at a great price.nnTo improve customer satisfaction and ensure better care for vehicles, I recommend that technicians wear clean gloves or consistently wipe their hands to avoid leaving oily stains on customers' cars during service appointments. This attention to detail can make a significant difference in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and preserving the overall customer experience.

We ordered the BBQ online and picked it up. Upon opening it at home, it is damaged. The outside of the box is a little beat up but not to the point that we thought the inside would be this bad. Since it is a big box, it is understandable the outside of the box would be perfect/damage-free.nnI think it was damaged either during transportation or by heavy equipment. Not even dropping or a person can cause this kind of damage because these hard-paper edges feel as hard as metal.nnWe would not be able to go back to the store on the same day since we picked it up in the evening and went to Superstore to get groceries. By the time we checked and wanted to return to the store, it was 9:01 pm.nnWe will go to exchange it tomorrow. I will provide an update on the exchange experience tomorrow. Hopefully, we will have a good, smooth experience, if so this Candian Tire can gain back some stars or all the other 4 star back.nnUpdate:nnThe exchange went very smoothly. The Reps at very nice.

Very good services and staff are also helpful. But, they need to be more careful about their products as I've brought 1 pack of plate 6 plates from the store and after opening the pack I've found one plate is broken. Now, I'll have to manage my time for returning the product.

I went to this branch just yesterday.. People were nice and friendly what I do not appreciate is that I asked to update me about the status of old tires that are being replaced and I clearly stated I still would like to get it regardless. They told me it's thrown away. I do not see any ownership to resolve the issue. You understand how expensive tires are, how come you could easily proceed to a decision without reaching out to owner. This shows a lack of process and proper management.

Waited a long time in line at the customer service desk to do a return while the staff was chit chatting with each other. Was then told that the item for return needed to be done at a different CT store even though the receipt states that returns can be done at any CT store. Poor customer service, and what a waste of time.
