I found different models of winter boots for kids, than I usually find on the market.

I always go there for shopping, most of the staff are goodnnMy favourite person to deal with is DANUTA at the jewellery section , super friendly , helpful , always patient with us as we are so picky.

This store is fine. It’s not my favourite location. It’s not as eye grabbing as it’s sister store in the same complex. I have nothing bad to say though. Customer service was fine, selection is good, cleanliness good. I’m just finding it’s not as memorable. Either way, you’ll always find something fun to bring home.n***The last few experiences have been better than the one I originally reviewed. I found some great Halloween stuff in October. We purchased a Christmas item and noticed within five days that the price had dropped by 50% on Boxing Day. On Boxing Day, we visited three Winners locations with the receipt to request a price adjustment. The associates informed us that the physical product was required to process the adjustment, which we did not have at the time.nnThe following day, we visited the Winners location close to our house with the item. However, the manager insisted that their policy required us to return the item entirely, have it restocked on the sales floor, and then repurchase it at the discounted price. We politely explained that we wanted to keep the item and simply receive the price difference, but the manager maintained that this was against store policy. It was really frustrating expierence.nnThis policy seems highly inconvenient compared to other retailers.
