Winners

UPDATE: This Winners has cool stuff and is worth stopping by. They may be smaller than other Winners, but the few rare items I found here make it worth coming here. I also find that the store is more quiet which makes for a pleasant experience.nnLike any winners treasure hunt is the game. Definitely found some gems here. I seem to have a lot of luck with kids' clothing, shoes, and toys. Parking is usually available within 50 feet. I always pass by on my way home, so it is convenient as well. Plus, every time I ask for help, staff are happy to assist me.

I was waiting to pay for my items and let the cashier know i’d be paying cash. She accidentally closed the till but never told me the total i owed so i kept waiting and she yelled at me to pay. I stood there confused as she never even told me the total. Such rude customer service. Shame you treat people this way

Winners is ok. Like some other retail spots, they need to build a clear concept of customer service. When people are waiting in line to pay, its simply not appropriate to have winners lackeys moving around behind the tills doing administrative work or folding or filing clothes. All hands get to deck and move customer through. Really, is that such a difficult concept?

Today I was looking as always for some stuff for my daughter, I found some toy with red label and price of 10, the package was lightly damaged I have no idea maybe something else missing there but overall looked fine for me, so the lady at the cashier after scanning the price, started to remove the label and telling me that the price is wrong, so I just had to refuse to take it. Never happened to me before.

I've recently visited this Winners with my sisters a couple days ago, and the experience we had was unpleasant. We noticed most of the employees were keeping an eye on us and wouldn't stop staring where ever we went. We couldn't even take our time shopping because of how uncomfortable we felt. As we were shopping, we saw a group of teenagers throwing stuff and making a mess NEAR these employees. What pisses us off is that nothing was said to them but all eyes on us. On top of that one of our items was sold to us broken. I take responsibility for not noticing the broken wallet we grabbed, but the cashier was also inconsiderate in not mentioning it. He clearly took his time in examining the wallet, we only noticed once we got home.nThis isn't the first time I've experienced something like this in a winners.
