Good selection, good prices. For some items they have better prices than MEC. I would definitely recommend this shop if you are looking at a new bike or helmet. Only issue is parking at this location.

I’ve ordered a crankset from them on the 21st (showed they had stock) through the online store, they took payment immediately but 5 days later And the cranks have shipped, im a bit disappointed by the shipping timeframe and wish the site would indicate that if items are in the warehouse it will take additional time to ship. That said Leon has worked on making this right and given great customer service.

They sorted me out with a new seat today that has already changed my life. They have a machine that measures your sit bones and the fella helping me was so knowledgeable and kind that it made everything so easy! I often get scared off from shops by bike bros being condescending but my experience here, albeit a short one, was free of that which was a bonus.

THE best shop in British Columbia. Amazing service and HUGE selection. Where I usually have to special order items I almost always find what I'm looking for at Dunbar Cycles. They always have the newest products the first week they are available. Cannot recommend this place enough.
