Been with this clinic for about 15 yrs. My doctor and staff are truly amazing people.nI’ve always been treated with respect and a show of genuine concern from everyone at the clinic, be it on the phone with reception or a call back from the nurses. Calls are always answered promptly and my doctor or Nurse Practitioner is always ready on the time booked, for every appointment todate.Feel so blessed to have this team

Been a patient my whole life and never have i been spoken to so rudely by a receptionist here. I called to book an appointment with my doctor, and i got told to go online to the health portal. i told her that it does not work for me and its just easier for me to call as i had some questions. i did not get my appointment booked, i got told the triage nurse would call me have not received a call yet, while i was mid sentence asking for an in person appointment, she hung up on me.

I returned a call to the clinic today so I could schedule an appointment, forgetting it was only emergency appointments on the weekend. Kim, the receptionist I spoke with, was quite rude with me and hung up. I've been a patient with the WCHT for almost 30 years and the customer service has always been fantastic. It kind of blew me away.

Every time I have called in the last 2 years has been at LEAST a 25 minute wait on hold to even have the call answered, that's if it ever is. They took away the online booking option or the ability to message about simple issues and questions that ensure you don't have to make an appointment for a simple question.nnI have waited on hold multiple times to try and book for important screenings and essential follow ups but the process is becoming so frustrating and a waste of half my day just trying to phone someone to book an appointment.

I just received a letter stating that I’m no longer a patient at the clinic because my doctor quit to go work at a hospital. It’s fine if a doctor wants to move on in his career but should I not be reassigned? This is crazy irresponsible. I’ve only needed to go about 3 times so I’m not high maintenance or anything. Just as I received this letter I’ve had people remarking on a mole and how it should definitely get checked out. Guess I’ll just take my chances because my clinic doesn’t care at all about me. This clinic was once great.
