Unfortunately today I learned the accuracy of what others on here are saying about rude reception. Unfortunate, because I’ve been coming here like 20 years now and the receptionists that have been here longer have always been so wonderful Jessica, such a sweetheart! + medical service pretty good in general. It kind of shocked me to be honest! This one was quite snippy on the phone which I figured could just be my perception but then in person... wowzer! In the span of our 1 minute interaction, she cut me off mid-sentence several times and literally rolled her eyes right in my face when I refused to allow it. Dear Kim, I'm sorry for whomever peed in your Cheerios this morning + others, apparently but congrats - I'm praying for both of you. Dear WCFHT management, there have been several reports of this over awhile now and you've not changed it - hope that another bad review gets your attention here, you're better than this so do better.

Been with this clinic for about 15 yrs. My doctor and staff are truly amazing people.nI’ve always been treated with respect and a show of genuine concern from everyone at the clinic, be it on the phone with reception or a call back from the nurses. Calls are always answered promptly and my doctor or Nurse Practitioner is always ready on the time booked, for every appointment todate.Feel so blessed to have this teamnHad a car accident last August, these people are the BEST. Dr Karen Ferguson is exceptional, goes way and above !!

Reading the reviews from the past year confirmed my suspicions that there is a management issue here. Can't connect via app, although it used to be very helpful. Reception doesn't answer the phone, especially around times that work for most people.nHealthcare should be more about people than processes, and they seem to have got it backwards. Reviews won't matter as they are not accepting new patients and there is no incentive to do anything better.

The person at the phone was very impatient and rude, unless I answered immediately she’d would yell. Didn’t listen to what I had to say and didn’t answer any of my questions.nnFurthermore, in 12 years I’ve only been able to see my family doctor ONCE.

I feel so fortunate to be a patient here. I have been here for about 18 years and it has always been excellent. I have been without a doctor before and had generic care through a giant clinic conglomerate in ottawa. I also had a generations long family physician my whole young life. WCFHT is an utter dream. Everything in one place, everything runs as a smooth, well oiled machine. I have never had a problem with responsiveness, getting an appointment last minute, never waited longer than 5 minute for appointment time, but usually right on time. The staff has always been respectful and kind. I am so deeply grateful.
