Seriously the worse customer service I have ever experience with my family ever!! We understand fine in closes at a certain point but there is a way to say or go about it. The two ladies working the front/drive thru were just fine and explained nicely.. however, the employee tonight by the name of Jerry working maintenance was just a ticking time bomb. Mopping aggressively, hitting the mop enough to show his annoyance.. it was clear. Shortly after our arrival, our brother came into which Jerry said “Lobby closed” in a rude tone. To which our brother responded with, “So you want us to leave?” Then getting a lovely response from Jerry, “What are you waiting for, Christmas?” Seriously McDonald’s, where do you get these people to hire??? Only to find out from the other workers too that lots of people complain about him. What a dump!

Not the first time they always fricking give me short of my order.. worst drive thru ever this is a fckin medium fries for them and look at the lettuce and the meat it's disgusting

I have been to this location multiple times for my iced coffee and when my friends used to work here.nHowever, tonight’s experience has definitely left a sour taste to it. One of the workers there that his name, Jerry, should not be working in a fast food restaurant if he does not know what customer service is.nI understand that the dining area is only open till certain time, however, there’s a nicer way to tell people to leave. Jerry had looked at us and said to us “what are we waiting for? Christmas?” And then continue to hit the chairs with the mop and slamming them.nWe had spoke to the night shift manager, however, this situation needs to be resolved as soon as possible as we were told Jerry has multiple complaints. This man is definitely not suitable if he does not know what customer service is and watch what he says to people.
