Thanks for the most depressing spicy chicken burger i have EVER seen!!!!! I always order the spicy chicken burger but today to my surprise I was given a spicy chicken burger with no toppings, just the chicken and bread. The lettuce was there but does not look fresh as it normally is. There was no mayo and no tomato. The lettuce is definitely not fresh and can be seen in the photo. I dont even know how you forget to put the toppings on. Very disappointing and very annoying as even if it a fast food restaurant I would expect for them to at least put what is supposed to be in the burger properly.
Awesome burger for fast food. I had mouth surgery, and I couldn't chew anything for 7 months. Wendy's by far has the best fast food burger. They should open one on the Quebec side. It would make a lot of money.
New modern Wendy's, spotted in to try the breakfast menu on a Saturday so the place was near empty. Their 5$ bacon deluxe deal was amazing and the potatoes are awesome. Might go back next Saturday!
I have no complaints about the morning staff. If I could rate them exclusively, it would be 5stars across the board. This review does not reflect them.nnThe Thursday evening crew is a different story. I don't know what's going on behind the scenes but they either don't know about food safety or don't care. I think the latter because I watched a staff member scratch themselves and go directly back to handling food without washing his hands or putting on gloves.nnThe short young lady manager also has a temper and seems to like talking down to her colleagues when 'delegating' duties to them, all in front of customers. It was an uncomfortable experience.nnThe service was also slow. I ordered ahead through the app, but they didn't notice my order go through until I got there and pointed it out.nIt took 2 crew members plus the manager to figure out my order.nnThat manager also really did not want to give me the extra Cinnabon frosting that I paid for. Honest misunderstanding, but I found it funny how ready she was to fight me over that sauce!nKudos to her for taking her job that seriously, I guess nnI also give credit that the dining room was pretty clean. Tables were clear and the garbages were empty from what I could tell.nnI can't recommend going here in the evening, but the morning is great.
My favourite little place to eat!nThe service is excellent, even when I need to customize my order on a coupon.nLove how bright the space is, how fast the food is prepped, and making custom drinks is a ton of fun!
