Thank you to Jay and Lisa for taking care of my cake orders for my birthday this year. I ordered one oreo and one cookie dough cake and they went above and beyond for it. I've attached a few photos to show Lisa's talent. If you want to order a DQ cake, I recommend ordering from this location because of Lisa. I have never met someone as passionate about her cakes as her, and she really enjoys her job.nnMany people do not realize these DQ cakes are actually made on site, and your local staff serving you your Blizzards are making them in between orders. They are also making the dilly bars, DQ sandwiches, and buster bars you have come to know and love as well.nnJay has recently taken over this DQ last year and he's doing such a good job with his staff. He loves all his guests and enjoys helping them make memories with their friends and family. He is honoured to be part of anybody's celebration and is a true joy to interact with personally.nnYou will find that his staff is also the same. They enjoy serving everyone who comes in, and are delighted to see families come in with their children and take photos of their memories at DQ. They also enjoy being a safe place for people to come hang out with with their friends while enjoying dessert or even a meal together.nnIf you're in the area and get a craving for dessert, please consider DQ Britannia. They are a grill and chill as well, so lunch and dinner food are available!nnThank you so much for being part of my celebration behind the scenes. It means so much to me. Best Dairy Queen in Ottawa. Every time I ask for extra Oreo they load that blizzard up. So good and open late.
Great spot for family ice cream treats! The manager and staff were very friendly and our blizzards were great, even had a wee bit of extra topping! Not sure if it’s under new mgmt, but the restaurant was also really clean.
the ice cream was no doubt good but the staff is also really friendly and good, i went there and i was not feeling well so the boy and girl working there at night approached me and asked me ,i sat there for a while they kept checking until i was feeling good.
She made me brithday cake exactly how I pictured it!! Very very beautiful picked it up today!! My god I’m shocked on how beautiful. Well done to the person who made I’m sorry I forgot her name. But thanks so much!!! Will buy again!! Super nice too!!
