Back section was closed, leaving four tables that were all taken. Back section had staff hanging out in it, though. Got my food. Asked the girl with glasses if I can open up that section since all the tables are full and there was a bunch of people waiting for food. She said sorry “sorry I can’t. I’d have to open it to everyone.” I told her all the tables are full. She looked around, saw I was right, said “I don’t know what to tell you.” And turned and walked away. So I went out to eat in the parking lot. There’s other McDonald’s customers out here, eating on the ground, including a senior woman. Nice one, guys. All because you don’t want to wipe some tables after. A+ plus service. “I don’t know what to tell you” that’s bottom feeder energy.
I’m not one to complain, especially about fast food restaurants but this is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a quarter pounder meal and get A CHEESEBURGER WITH NO MEAT. Are you kidding? I don’t notice until I got all the way home. Now I’m going to have to be one of those guys that checks the food in the bag Infront of the employees to make sure it’s actually what I ordered. What an actual joke. Thanks for stealing my money btw.
So I ordered food from here whenever I'm near by, and if course the manager of all, doesn't know how to use a digital system, every single time once my order for very little hits 10 minutes the automatically bump it off the board so it doesn't ruin there service chit times for head office, it's pathetic I always go up every time after 1p minutes because they clear the board and it's never ready keep putting on the fake service record guys, can tell u have no clue what your doing because this one has 3 star rating
Absolutely horrific service every time. No matter how many times you clearly state your order, they manage to get it wrong and then charge you for things you didn’t ask for or charge you and not give you all your items. :
I physically don’t understand how McDonalds continues to employ people that don’t care for the job. I get it, you’re working in a fast food restaurant, but is it so difficult to read a piece of paper and get the order correct? I don’t often go to McDonald’s though any time I have they without fail mess up the order.
