Came in around midnight with 2 others to get some grub after my 2 hours of playing volleyball prior to eat and my meal was 10/10. Food was made spot on and everything tasted how it should, amazing. The unfortunately thing was, that I had to walk home after on a full stomach because I gobble all that food down no cap.
I was with my friend and he had ordered an happy meal with a toy at precisely 11:39pm. I opened the toy to find that it was two keychains with a QR code that takes you to a virtual game. However, upon following the QR code I found that the game is unavailable in the country. I am very disappointed with the service as everytime I go to McDonald I look forward to seeing what toys they hand out to children. Children receiving will no longer have trust in McDonald—something must be done of this or else the children will ha e severe trust issues. I AM FLABBERGASTED. I expected more. :
As someone who used to work at McDonald's, and eats at McDonald's semi frequently, I give major kudos to this location. Fast service, clean restaurant and the best McD's food I've had in years.nnFries were hot, fresh and just the right level of crispy. Big Mac was on point and super fresh. Drink machine was clearly calibrated perfectly.nnA+, good job to the manager and employees at this restaurant who clearly take pride in their work.
I had two bad exp here. First time I came in the early morning, They said they are closed because they need to prepare tje breakfast between 4 and 5am. If you have one hour not available everyday then dont say you are 24hours open. And this time I went there and ordered some food, the machine gives me a number and they subjectively remove my order from their waiting list without serving any food. Half an hour later I asked them where is my food and they said someone already picked it. I confirmed they had never called my order number. If you order some food that they need lots of time to make, they will subjectively remove your order and this can make their working performance better. Because the system shows that everyone got the food on time. But if they remove your order without serving you, they must remember to serve you later on their mind. Sometimes they forgot who has been removed by them and your order could be never served.nThe problem comes from the management. These stuffs does not follow the manipulation rules for long time and they seems well adapt this working flow. They should remove the order number right on time when they provide the food. But they always remove the order before they can provide the food. When they cannot prepare the food on time, they will remove the order for sure. Thats very bad it cannot make you be served on time. But in their system you are. And they can even forget your order after removing it. They tried to find some excuse to explain today's problem. But I completely know what they actually did.
Recently renovated and they made the kitchen area separated with wall so smell is less air is fresher. The counters are separated for delivery and customer picks so they kind of eliminated the chaos, they have table serving or car service. If you need to have your food serve to your car please choose south side to park your car so coworkers wouldn’t need to walk whole parking lot. The staff is not overwhelmed like some other branches so they are not aggressive. There are 3 branches around me but I always choose this one because of the staff.
