I had an absolutely terrible experience at this McDonald’s. I went through the drive-thru, and instead of being greeted in a friendly manner, I was met with a lady who was screaming at everyone over the intercom for no reason at all, despite it not being busy. When I tried to place my order, she rudely told me not to speak. I then had to pull forward to the second intercom because the car ahead of me moved, only to overhear the same lady talking negatively about me to the customer behind me, as though I was in the wrong for following typical drive-thru protocol. If I could have left at that point, I definitely would have.nnI mentioned the incident to the person at the window, but all I got was a dirty look. Hoping to avoid further drama, I went inside to order a small fountain drink. However, the machine didn’t print a receipt, and I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes, only to be handed a drink after I had to speak up. During that time, I was ignored, pointed at, and even laughed at by the staff. It was completely humiliating. To top it off, I noticed the employees were yelling at each other, and a couple of them looked like they were on the verge of tears. The whole atmosphere was chaotic and uncomfortable.nnI never expected to be treated this way just for buying food and a drink. It felt less like a fast-food experience and more like being bullied. I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon, if ever again.
UPDATEnnI have revisited this location today and I have to say this place amazed me in all the right ways... It's 12:17pm and I ordered a vanilla milkshake and mcdouble... Got my items in less than 5 minutes... Place is IMMACULATELY clean, all the employees working hard and fast not standing around and the milkshake and burger was made PROPERLY and was DELICIOUS!nnif your ever in the billings bridge area or mall and are hungry DEFINITELY come here...nnFor privacy reasons I can't take pictures of the store sorry....
I get it its McDonalds and it might be the most fun or motivating job. However, the lady today couldn't get my order right multiple times, she had horrible attitude and didn't care at all. Her getting my order wrong multiple time felt like it was my issue and none of hers.nnSeriously, maybe just stay home.
I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a mcchicken with fries and a drink, and also another meal for my friend. We got it really fast which I thought was good.... I opened my burger and it was almost grey because of how long it was left out, it was also super cold. The fries weren't fresh, and they were also cold. So i went up to the counter to get a new burger, it took a good 5-7 minutes for anyone to help me, and the person who did just took the burger and left. Didn't tell me that he'd make a new one just took it. And then that very same worker saw one of his friends come up to the counter and dabbed him up, then went to continue making an order for someone else WITHOUT washing his hands. Then he was asked to go help out in the kitchen. NONE of the kitchen staff were wearing hairnets or gloves. This individual who went back from the front didn't wash his hands between, and then he served probably about 6 people before fixing the mistake they made on my order. He didn't apologize for the wait or for the mistake, he didn't say a word to me. This service and food was absolutely horrendous. This isn't even the first negative experience i've had here. Not coming back.
Worst McDonald’s on the planet. Waited 35 min to get an order through the drive and when it got to us it was reheated food half cold fries nasty nuggets. Top it off they forgot the sauce for the nuggets and took forever to prepare the food even for reheated food biggest joke ever.
