Every time I go, the service always takes forever. The food is never fresh surprising because how long they take. The last time I went my food was cold stale and I’m pretty sure a mouse got into my bread. In the photo below, you can see my burger. The bread was harder than a rock, and you can see what appears to be mouse bites on the bun. Never once had a pleasant. experience at this McDonald’s.
Certain workers not all give less in the cup for a cold drink if you ask less ice. Throws the vibe off when it happens. Poor mixing.
Unacceptable. Whichever man worked the drive through Friday morning at 12:45 A.M. on August 15 needs to have a serious talking with. His horrible customer service and attitude made me leave the establishment without even getting my food.
Today at 11:07pm I walked 25min from home to get to this store and made an order online when I got to the window to get my order one of the employee looked at me then closed the window at my face I tried to speak to him again but they just cancelled my order and wouldn’t serve it to me and no one wanted to speak to me, instead they were acting racist, mocking me and doing child things . This is completely unacceptable behavior. A basic level of customer respect should be the minimum standard, but clearly, this location doesn’t care about that. Avoid if you expect decent service!
The place is average, but the service and food is delicious, I'm sure not for everyone. the fusion is like Filipino. I ask for not spicy . You can bring your own wine . Is a bonus. We were 4 people. Bathroom is upstairs.
