The most rude display of pride in incompetence I have ever experienced.nCan’t listen to their customers orders. Blatantly tried to force me to wait while they correct their mistake. Setting terms to how I am to receive my food after I paid for it.nnUltimately, this manager in the picture is waiting outside, who refused to give my my order at the window for over two minutes holding her line in the sand affecting everyone else. By the time I realized she was standing in the cold I took a picture and five minutes had passed. Unfortunately not willing to give me my paid for product with my own dignity intact and their own.nnA really disgraceful way to conduct themselves after their mistake.
Certain workers not all give less in the cup for a cold drink if you ask less ice. Throws the vibe off when it happens. Poor mixing.
Thursday morning 6:52nrepeat order 5 time'snasked to pay at first window.. waiting.. waiting.. totally not even acknowledged has my wife did ask her several times for service because we proceed to the second window then a manager comes to the window then a manager comes advises us that we have to drive around again and reorder because she can't take payment at window.... strange thing is they do all the time.nas a person that stops 365 day's a year at McDonald's for coffee and food... I am absolutely disgusted in the service at this location and your morning manager needs to be retrained on how to deal with people
I ordered a 6-piece nugget meal and was given only one BBQ sauce for the entire meal. I politely asked for an extra sauce and was told I’d have to pay for it, which I was fine with. But then the employee said I’d need to go back around and wait in the drive-thru line again—just to pay for one small sauce!nnI had already waited 15–20 minutes in line, and this kind of attitude toward customers over something so minor is ridiculous. Purely disappointing and terrible customer service. Instead of making the customer happy, they made the situation unnecessarily frustrating.nnA little bit of kindness and common sense goes a long way — clearly, this location could use a reminder of that.
DISGUSTING AND DANGEROUS.nfound coffee grinds covering the fries in my poutine. Ended up making me very ill as I am not used to eating raw coffee grinds. Will be reporting accordingly
