The place is average, but the service and food is delicious, I'm sure not for everyone. the fusion is like Filipino. I ask for not spicy . You can bring your own wine . Is a bonus. We were 4 people. Bathroom is upstairs.
I recently visited the McDonald's and was impressed with their drinks and customer service. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my order was correct and served promptly. The beverages were refreshing and perfectly prepared, whether it was a classic soda, a coffee, or one of their specialty drinks. The overall experience was pleasant, thanks to the efficient service and quality drinks. Highly recommend this McDonald's for a quick and satisfying refreshment!
A Nice Descent Place For A SnacknI have come here numerous times since it's opening day way back can't recall when. Last year I brought my folks and we all enjoyed the outdoors with the neat well-maintained red circular tables. It was bit noisy but that was not the restaurant's fault. Keep up with the good work. Meals & service is pretty much like every other McDonald's.
This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had going through a fast food drive through. The person did not seem to want to listen to what I was saying, I had to keep confirming my order and keep repeating myself several times. I wanted to make 2 combo orders and and it seemed to be a struggle just to make one. There would suddenly be silence and I realized she was trying to take other orders without communicating this to me, and when returning , she would say “how can I help you, acting like we were a brand new customer, it made us feel very unvalued as a customer. it was a very frustrating and time-consuming experience just to order a simple meal. Then finally when we picked up our order, we got home and we realized we were missing our French fry from one of our orders. Then the next day we drove across town to a speak with the manager and she just listened to us and offered nothing to keep us as a happy customer. I had to mention that we should be compensated for part of our order that was missing and for the stressful experience we had, and she only then said I can give you a French fry, which was a complete insult. I will not be returning to this location for sure. I will also be calling McDonalds Corporate to let them know.
Maybe I have simply grown accustomed to what McDonald's used to be. Now it is impersonal, cold, expensive & slow. This McDonald's is unfortunately just slightly less than average at no fault to the local management or staff. They did their best within the limits produced by a corporation.
