Very impressed with how Avo, the manager on duty, handled an issue we had called about several days earlier. I was treated with kindness, understanding and respect and it totally shifted my stance on how I felt about this McDonald’s after our previous experience. Not only did he save four regular customers, but he solidified the relationship stronger than it initially was. This is how you deal with customers. It is win-win for everyone involved.
I ordered a spicy grilled chicken through the drive-thru but was given a regular grilled chicken instead. The waiting time was quite long for a fast-food restaurant. I cannot complain about the taste of the sandwich.
Went to get a mighty McGriddle, asked for no egg because I am very allergic but the woman said no, so when I got my order at the window I told the other woman that I was told no when I asked for no egg but she just said “sorry for that” and gave me the food anyways. As soon as I open it up I saw egg, and one piece of burnt bacon. I had to throw it out. Incredibly rude staff, and terrible quality of food. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Looking at the amount of low reviews, I’m surprised they aren’t out of business yet
Not vers clean. Toilet doesnt work well. Like hand dryer both of them doesn't work. Seating look damaged and one of the soda machine was broken. Same for the light on top of the drink station they don't seem to work well.
This McDonald’s restaurant is absolute filthy. The drink station had flies swarming around. The play area looks on to the dining area stores rusty, broke down appliances. The floors were sticky and had food and garbage all over. Seeing this, we chose not to eat at dirty tables and we ate in the car instead. The ketchup dispenser was empty as was the napkin dispenser. Staff were totally uninterested. It seems like this location just gave up. I do not understand how McDonalds corporate allows this to operate under their name. It’s a health hazard. Yikes
