Wellington Motors

This was our second purchase from Wellington Motors and it was a better experience then the first. The individual that had the biggest effect on this change in mindset was Bruce Merritt. He was wonderful to work with, I felt like he was invested in our deal and was looking out for our best interest. He was honest with the information he provided us and it felt like he took the time to ensure the process was smooth. I will continue to drive the extra time (as we have moved out of Guelph) to Wellington Motors just to work with Bruce.

Bruce was a wonderful help. After only a couple of emails when I came into the dealership he was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and above all prepared. He had 2 vehicles that were perfect for what I needed and the price couldn’t be beat. I would recommend Wellington motors and Bruce to anyone

Had a very nice experience with the parts desk. Came in to see about the price on a new mirror cover for my vehicle, the male not only priced it out, showed me exactly what all the prices are from two or one cover. He looked for the best price that he could, and have recommendations that could help me save a few bucks. Thank you for being honest hard workers, and answering all my questions.

The low rating is for the salesman, wasted 2 hours of my time. Carlo's first said.. he was there on his own time. And didn't want to waste it.. so I should be more helpful in telling him what other dealers had to say!! He also lied, said someone was appraising my car, all he did was take my keys for 2 hours try to sell me a Jeep, I had not interest in. .. and then hand me the car fax print off. I told him, you just wasted 2 hours of my time.. oh wait no your time. I wouldn't get a car here is Carlos bought it for me. I went and bought somewhere else. He said he worked at Budd and made more money there. Well, you sure wont make any money with the piss poor sale attitude and lying!

I bought my truck at the Simcoe Dodge dealership but I have had all of my oil changes done here. They are super helpful and knowledgeable. I had remote issue which they replaced no problem and they do noticed my idler pulley was making noise and replaced it for me, it was under warranty but it was nice knowing they take care of their customers.
