Their staff was very friendly and I found that I was treated the best here compared to other dealerships I had gone to. Alex helped me a ton, was extremely patient and didn't give me the usual salesman attitude I was starting to dread after going to several other dealers. He even gave me his personal phone number and answered questions I had after hours on several occasions. I would recommend talking to Alex if you go here although the rest of the staff seemed friendly and aswell.

I purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma Ltd. used from Guelph Toyota in August of this year. I had been looking for a used 2016 but was unable to find one that I felt comfortable in buying. I am from Toronto and had looked at all the dealerships here with no such luck. I called Guelph Toyota and spoke with TOM JOHNSON about this Tacoma that was for sale on their lot. Tom was very informative and answered all my questions about the truck. I went to road test the truck and Tom showed me all the bells and whistles on the truck. I decided to buy the truck and the experience was unlike what I have experienced with other dealerships in Toronto, Tom was not pushy and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase.I am very happy with this truck and with the experience at Guelph Toyota. I just finished having my truck serviced at Guelph Toyota and I was looked after by Kyle Goncalves , all I can say is that I was treated very well by Kyle . My truck needed to stay for two more days to fix a problem, so they took care of me with a vehicle to get me home to Toronto and I am very pleased with the attention and service that I received there from Kyle and their service dept. I highly recommend this dealership and I would have no problem going back to purchase another vehicle from TOM JOHNSON .

Just purchased a new car from Guelph Toyota. Worked with Alex McMillan one of their sales people. Alex was very knowledgeable regarding the new 2018 Camry line. He was very helpful and did not rush us when we visited the lot on three occasions. We did not feel pressured and he provided quick follow up calls with answers to some of our questions regarding delivery, financing etc. He was a pleasure to do business with. Also, had the opportunity to deal with the manager there regarding an issue I had with the hands free system in the new car (which as it turned out, was my cell phone and not any product related defect), he was considerate, patient, and made sure all worked out in the end. I will definitely return to this location for my next purchase, great bunch to do business with. Wayne
