Olympic Honda

There are good dealers and bad dealers. My experience with Olympic Honda has been incredibly positive over the last 2 car purchases. Both times I was treated courtesously, with salespeople who were transparent about the deals that were possible. I don't expect a dealer to lose money on a car, however I do expect a fair price with prompt service and Olympic delivers. I'll buy my next car from there too.,

I liked dealing with Olympic for few reasons. First and most important they do value your time. Unlike other dealers if you looking for something specific you can get your answers in minutes, not hours. In my particular situation I was shopping for Honda Odyssey 2018 in January 2018. Those who familiar with topic know that this model is too popular and there is 2 months promised wait (and in fact more, friend put deposit in October and waited till end of January), which I figured visiting few dealers around Toronto. All dealers say put deposit with us ASAP as sooner you get to the line the sooner you get vehicle. Not Olympic Honda. They found brand new vehicle for me, delivered it at their expense and only then took my deposit. All in all 5 days since I first talked to them till I drove new Honda with new license plates from their lot. They do work as team. When I had a question late evening and my sales person was off duty at that time, I thought I'll have to wait till morning, but to my surprise manager was fully aware of this purchase and helped out right away. Delivery was nice and not pushing. Finance process was a breeze. I was explained all features on auto, but still learning the vehicle. Hot tea with cookies were nice on cold winter day. Their shuttle service is some additional benefit. You may think this is something small, but these little details do add up. I hope to keep this vehicle for a while, but if I am in need for another car I will definitely consider Olympic Honda as my first choice.

Joke of a dealership. I can really see why there's so many complaints. I'm from out of town so I requested an online quote for my vehicle. First was through Kijiji and the second their website. After a ridiculous amount of time the gentleman responded back to my request through Kijiji and said he would look into it and get back to me.. which never happened. Second time was through their website and the other gentleman told me he was dealing with some freezing rain at the moment so he would get back to me on Monday.. that never happened. Take your business elsewhere.

This is a place to shop for car without the hassle of sellers being pushy. I bought my CR-V touring a few days ago at this location and I am quite happy with it. It was smooth process from the minute I arrived in. Special koodos to Billie Haw, the seller, who was very patient and helpful all the way until the key was handed over. He went the extra mile to make sure the car was delivered the next day as promised. Recognition to Rosalie L who made the paperwork in such a fast way and easy process. Thank you both. I would recommend this dealer to anyone seeking for a dream Honda

The most poorly run dealership I’ve seen. The turnover at this dealership is ridiculous. I’ve been contacted numerous times by them to book a service and told them not once, not twice, but four times that I service my vehicle elsewhere. Guelph residents do yourself a favour and go to a more reputable dealer. Out of the staff I’ve seen in 2 years about 35 people have left so there wasn’t a chance to form a relationship at this dealership. For those working there now I hope the management has become more sensible and that the owner stops treating you guys like peasants.
