Riverside auto is an excellent place if you’re looking for a good deal on a used vehicle. I had come to June and James about trading in a high mileage vehicle and my request weren’t the easiest but they both managed to track down the perfect vehicle for me that fit my situation and request. On Jan 15th I bought a 2010 Civic with 165 XXX on the ODO from riverside. They were asking top dollar around $9000 and I was assured by salesman Andrew that all the problems with the car would be fixed upon sale, therefore I assumed that it was a well kept car. This was soooo far from the truth. The car came to me with the original air filtersthey were completely black!!!!!, two dead struts $1000 job, blown speakers, and about $900 worth of maintenance needing to be done to it. Absolutely shady. Flat out lies in order to sell cars. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Purchased my second car from Riverside Auto! They have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced when car shopping. My purchases were 5 years apart and when I walked in, it was like nothing changed. Friendly, approachable, reliable cars, staff and service. Living in Pickering, ON, there are so many dealerships to choose from but I chose to drive 3 hrs round trip 4 times just to purchase from Riverside. I bought my first car from Riverside, and wow were they great to work with. They were willing to let me take the car to my mechanic prior to buying it demonstrating that they stand behind their vehicles. They gave me a great price, and Tatiana was wonderful. They had my car ready to pick up a day early, and when I arrived, they had fixed up some scratches in the paint and they actually provided me with a small bottle of paint as well, and had bugged out the car. They also ensured that all the fluids were topped up. The pick up was smooth, and the salesmen are great. I would highly recommend this place!!!
