Nothing but bad experiences with this dealership. I have used it this dealership based on its location but have found it is worth the drive to another dealership. They make all these offers to you when you buy a vehicle that you have to fight to get. When it can time to renew my lease they where not willing to nogociate on the price. When I went to another Infiniti dealership to see if I was getting the best deal, I got way better price elsewhere. The sales rep from Guelph Infiniti followed up with me on renewing my lease, I informed him I renewed elsewhere. Sale rep got nasty with me and was telling me off for going elsewhere. My advise use another Infiniti dealership, better prices and better staff.

Had a great experience working with Richard on the purchase of a used infiniti. I had to travel in from out of town on a Saturday for the deal, and Richard and the Service Dept went above and beyond to ensure that my car was prepared for delivery by noon on that Monday. Thanks again!

Went in to have a recall done today and my driver side window was going up very slowly so i asked them to look at that. They told me that the window was because i take my vehicle though car washes with high pressure which leaks water into the door and freezes on the track and that's why the window goes up slowly. i had to pay 150 bucks to have this fixed?? Really?? the vehicle is under warranty. if your vehicle is allowing this to happen then fix it. The service manger in my eyes was being very rude about this. He basically told me that they have never seen this car before. So basically because i do my oil changes else where and haven't needed service from the dealer at all i get stung with the $150 dollar bill. Not only that i now have dirt and over spray on my passenger side seat now that i have to clean! Ya maybe i don't visit the dealer for my service but this is my second lease from them and now probably won't be back. There's other infiniti dealers around. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! oh 1 more thing, they tried to tell me that i broke a part of my door trying to repair it myself! Now why would i do that when its under warranty?? i told the service guy that he would have seen that when i brought the vehicle in because i pointed out the door to him. He told me he wasn't focused on that. So what where you focused on if the customer was pointing it out to you?? Very poor customer service!

Last resort type of place. The staff is friendly, no complaints there. What I do care to complain about is the mark-up on parts and products Infiniti gives, they are absolutely ridiculous, more so than Honda for example. I had a mild steel bracket that holds the tag lights for my rear plate rot out in my car, thus my lights either hung down right in front of the plate or they had to be tucked behind. I was forced to pay around 130 dollars for the simple bracket, I had no choice but to get a new one right away. Also when I purchased my car, it came with a cracked fog light lens, Infiniti wanted close to 800 dollars for the part and labour, and I then turned right over to my regular mechanic and paid 275 for everything, OEM part too. Take my advice and go to your regular mechanic first. For the quality of work Infiniti does, you can't really go wrong elsewhere. They come in handy when you need something fixed fast, they can usually book you in on the same or next day, that is sadly one of the few good things I can say
