Guelph Hyundai

The Guelph service department has been top notch for each of my visits. We’re new to the KW -Guelph area and decided to try Guelph as they are equal distances from our house. I’ve gone twice now and have had stellar service from both Sylvia and most recently Don. Super honest, and friendly people (which can be hard to find sometimes when it comes to your vehicle, and all the “surprises” that come along when taking your car in for service). Always finish the jobs in a reasonable time frame and do what they can to accommodate your visit. Will continue to take my Hyundai there for service:)

Everyone at Guelph Hyundai made the buying experience as easy as possible. I told them which features I was looking for and my driving habits, and they matched me with the perfect car. Aaron was fun to work with and patient with all of my questions. He introduced me to people in the service department and got my first service booked on the day I picked up my car. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I had a great experience going to this dealership for the first time. I had hit a snowbank getting out of my driveway and my entire bumper almost ripped from the car. I went to Hyundai Guelph on a Saturday morning and was met by Don; one of their service advisors. He had a look and then proceeded to take me through the potential scenarios. He also found that I had a recall on my car and offered to do it free, without me needing to ask if there were any recalls. Less than 2 hours later my bumper was reseated and the bill was not the shocker that I know other unscrupulous folks would not have charged. On top of that, to be proactive, Don gave me a quote what a new bumper replacement would have been...lets say it was 18 x larger. They mechanic did a great job. I will be coming back here regularly since I'm in Guelph a lot. Waiting area is top notch. Thanks Guelph Hyundai. See you soon!

Everyone was super welcoming, kind and easy to talk to. All my questions were answered, and I was informed of options I would have never thought of. This is my first time buying a new car, and Hyundai made the experience super easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend going to Guelph Hyundai for your next car purchase! 😊

It is always a pleasure to buy a car at Guelph Hyundai. Scott did a great job and gave me an awesome deal on my new Santa Fe. Thank You. It was a very busy day on that Saturday, when I walked into the dealership. I was surprised to receive immediate attention and even I wanted to lease a car, Scott informed me quickly and honestly what my best choices are. And he gave me a great deal and even put add-ons on my new ride for free. So now I am financing my new Santa Fe for less than a new lease, but with all of the goodies. Thank You Scott
