I wanted the team at Robinson Buick GMC to check out a car for me that i was considering buying..  In no time at all the team had thoroughly inspected the car and brought me in for an up close look and debrief.  I found the team was very friendly and extremely talented.  In 2 hours the team found 19 things wrong with the car!  The dealer i was buying this from didn't divulge this at all! Fantastic work guys. Would not hesitate to bring any vehicle I own to this shop again. !!

I financed my 2017 GMC Sierra almost one year ago and I would still recommend this dealership for all your automotive needs! Dan is by far the most personable and caring salesman ever! he has taken my calls at any time (even when hes not in the office) Dan goes above and beyond his job to make sure you are looked after.
also the 2017 GMC Sierra has not failed me in anyway! Love the truck, I value this dealership. I have been to several GMs across Canada and Guelph Robinson is at the top #1 for sales and customer service, Port Alberni in BC would be 2nd in my experience!

Terrible customer service and OVERPRICED!  I went in for some electrical work ($450), when I got my car back I found they lost a small cap for my car.  I called them about it, could not get through for 30 minutes, so I left a message.  They never returned my call.  Sadly, I had to go back a few months later for a GM specific part that I could not get replaced elsewhere.  I called and booked an appointment 4 days in advance and they said the part would come in the morning of.  Get there, wait 30 minutes before they say the part never even came in.  They said the part would cost $40, when the GM parts distributor's website says it is $11.99.
NEVER GOING BACK!
