Guelph City Mazda

My wife and I purchased a 2017 Mazda 3 in June 2017 and have been quite impressed with this vehicle! I have also taken particular notice of the follow-up attention given to us by Laurie who we dealt with during the purchase. Laurie presents a very refreshing approach to selling a vehicle that I have seldom seen in the many vehicle purchases I have made. Laurie is genuinely interested in the prospective buyer getting the vehicle that best suits them with no attempt to up-sell a more expensive vehicle or additional expensive options. Laurie was very thorough in outlining all details of the sale and all features of the vehicle both before and after the sale. She was very patient with the fact that it takes me a long time to purchase a vehicle! What has really inspired me to post this review is the fact that recently, after owning the vehicle for over six months, Laurie contacted me again to check if I was still satisfied with the car! A sales associate who is interested in sales commissions only would not take the time to do this much appreciated follow-up! It also demonstrates Laurie's faith in what she sells. If you are interested in looking at a Mazda don't be afraid to visit Guelph City Mazda and look for Laurie!

Came in for my appointment at 930 to get an oil change and the attendant helped the other 2 people a head of me (that's fine) it's about 940 at this point. Then he chats with a co worker about drinking beers and playing video games last night for 15 min before asking if I needed help. Now my oil change is 38 minutes behind schedule.

I rarely rate and review a business, however, felt it necessary to highlight the incredible experience I recently had at Guelph City Mazda. To be honest, Mazda was my last stop in a very long list of dealerships. I wanted to make an informed decision and was prepared to do the leg work required to do so. Immediately upon walking into Guelph City Mazda, it felt right! I was warmly welcomed by Laurie who went above and beyond to make my purchase a positive experience. From start to finish, her level of professionalism, kindness, and openness set her apart from all the others. I'm so thrilled with my new vehicle and would highly recommend Guelph City Mazda to anyone. 10+++

I can’t resist sharing my incredible experiences with this dealership over the past several weeks. Adrian was a blast to work with. Not only was he a ton of fun to work with, he showed knowledge, compassion, honesty, professionalism, understanding and enthusiasm. He took his time, walked me through every aspect of buying a new car in full detail, and made the entire process so much less nerve-wracking. I visited several other dealerships in Guelph before this one, and no other experience begins to compare! I highly recommend Guelph City Mazda to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle, and I further recommend Adrian to help you do so.

The best car buying experience of my life. Mohsen, the owner, gave me an awesome deal. Naveen was very easy to deal with when finalizing the financing. Highly recommend Guelph Mazda. Worth the drive!!!
