Barry Cullen Chevrolet Cadillac is a family owned business that has been in operation since 1969. From his days as an NHL player with the Leafs and Red Wings Barry knew that to have a successful business he had to build a strong team focussed on customer service. Thanks for all the help and patience. Corvettes have a very long wait list, 22 months to get one. James always answered all our questions and was very helpful. We are so happy with both our purchases from Barry Cullen.

Christie Weir is an exceptional employee. A few months back I brought my car in and unfortunately there were a few things wrong and it cost a bit as cars tend to I was a bit upset about my car but she made the hole experience way better. She's so upbeat and awesome. She deserve a raise or promotion. Barry cullen is great but that was one of the best experiences I had.

My partner and I brought our chevy in for an oil change and we had an abs light come on we wanted checked out. We are new to Guelph and thought this would be the best place to take our vehicle while we settle in a new city. We received a call quoting about $7000 worth of repairs needed on the car, despite taking it to a different mechanic before we moved who quoted under $1000. When we came to pick up our car it cost us over $400 for the oil change, the quote, and labour because they had two separate people working on the car according to the 10 page report they gave us. We will not return to this dealership and when we need to buy a new car, is will absolutely not be a Chevy. Disgusting way to treat two young professionals.

I used to be a customer of Barry Cullen in the past.I bought my new trax in 2017 and the remote engine starter installed on the same day. After two years it stopped working and I needed to pay 360.then after 2 years,  again the same problem occured,same thing.They asking same price.I asked them not to do any thing,but they charged me 146 dollars for no work.I already told them in advance that I needed to know how much it would cost and let me know in advance. But they didn't care , just brought the bill and asked me to pay the bill just like stealing money from others. I gave the bill amount just like alms to a begger.Barry Cullen doesn't care about the reputation of their name.They are saying that some agency like York electronics is carrying away with remote starter and all. We need to book two appointments to resolve any issues with remote starter. I got installed another one with life long warranty in another place in Guelph. We need reliable persons to deal with. Trust plays an important role, they are not trust worthy. Very pathetic and disgusting. They just lost a valuable customer like me..that's all.

Brought my 2014 Cruze in for leaking coolant. 2nd time. Told them it was from a leaking water pump. Extended warranty 240 km. After inspection was told no coolant was leaking.  I have been adding 4L every other week This time I insisted that it was the water pump as I did extensive research on this issue.   Coolant was visible coming out of the water pump and all around parts below it.  I am unsure how this could possibly go unnoticed the first time, especially since the car was brought in for this issue. On second look the mechanics realized their was indeed a water pump issue and replaced it. Don’t like being scammed!! Will not be returning.

Super thankful for Christie & Steve today. They were so kind and helped fix a minor issue I was having with my tires without an appointment. Thank you both SO SO much!!

We were there to test drive a Cadillac Escalade. Patrick, one of the sales persons at Barry Cullen was very welcoming to us. He patiently answered all of our questions and tried to help us on any aspects of buying a product from testing, feature comparison, and financial aspects. I will be a customer at this branch at any time I decided to choose a product from GM.

This dealership is great, Excellent people in the service department and in the dealership go here if you don’t want to deal with people you can trust.

Nathan is an exceptional sales person, knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. Won't try talking you into something you don't want or need. Getting my used car certified was top notch service, thorough and not cutting corners. I look forward to receiving the car next week with all the work they said they were doing so it runs perfectly Thanks guys and gals

First time customer, we just moved to Guelph. Booked an appointment online for an oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted by Niall The vehicle was ready in 30 minutes. I was expecting at least an hour based on my previous dealership Humberview Finally a dealer that actually honours an appointment time Price was fair with no high pressure upselling
