If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I walked in and made a phone appointment because the doctor was not doing face to face appointments. I was told the doctor would call in 10 minutes. After 40 minutes I didn’t receive a call and walked in and spoke to the receptionist. She said the doctor would call in 10 minutes. The doctor didn’t call. This went on for four hours total. In the end the doctor never called. It was too late for me to make an appointment with any of the other clinics in the neighborhood by that time. Completely unprofessional!

Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I call 3 days ahead of time to book an appointment, and even after insisting to book the appointment, they say “it’s fine, just come in we’re open 1 to 5:30pm and we’ll be able to see you as we take walk-ins”. I come in, and office is packed, I advise of the conversation I had, receptionist shrugs and says we’ll try to fit you in… absolutely terrible scheduling, 0 consideration for people taking days off work to come here. I don’t know how the doctor is but I know that this clinic is a clown show

I am sorry but I had to post this. Dr. Douketis is a great doctor and we have been with her for 24 years. But the Warden Health centre management really suck whoever owns it. You call up and leave messages for an appointment and no one bothers to respond. Not sure how I can access my family doctor. Of the people on the front desk Fauzia is the most helpful but not sure what the operations are that they ask to leave messages and no one bothers to respond. I guess the Warden Health centre management is trying to cut costs by grossly understaffing at the cost of their patients!

Dr Tarun Mansukhani is an amazing Doctor! My family and I have been fortunate to have had him as our family doctor for the past 7yrs. When I had my first baby, Dr M always made time to see me and listen to my concerns regarding my little one, provided sound medical advice and care. This same level of attention and care is seen 7yrs later! I can't stress enough what a great Doctor he is. Thank you Dr Mansukhani! The Lee's.

I came to this clinic hoping to get help knowing that they were a walk-in clinic. I get there and the receptionist wouldn't take me in and saying it's an appointment only clinic!! How am I supposed to know? Medical clinics shouldn't be operating if they can't take in any patients!!!

Really rude receptionist. Unhelpful, presumptuous, and contradictory. Told me I could just walk in over the phone, I come in and am told no I need an appointment. I ended up going to another clinic nearby, they saw me within minutes, and the receptionist wasn't rude! Imagine. Don't bother going here it's too busy, and when you're worried about your health do you really want to deal with someone's rudeness on top of it?

Dr. Douketis & Dr. Mansukhani are the only excellent Doctors in this clinic I have come across. Reception Staff really accommodating like Cecilia and Fouzia , specially Fouzia being very patient . But they really seriously need to review their POLICY , to accommodate patients to another doctor on request. If the client has booked an appointment and they got a surprise that 2 patients are waiting already even after coming well ahead of the time. I respect doctors are giving time and I really like them but I had really urgent commitments, plus I came from work and took appointment before. When I asked to see another doctor instead as another one was available , he refused twice saying it against the policy as my appointment was booked with another doctor and even after cancelling I cannot change it for another doctor no matter what - that was brutal . But I am giving them 5 Stars only because of those 2 STAR doctors and FOUZIA - who was really patient with me today .

As other people have noted, the receptionist lady here favours patients whom she knows. There is one person in front of me when I come in, so I wait in line. Then a middle aged woman comes in with her mother after me. She completely bypasses me and interrupts whats happening with the person in front to talk to the receptionist about her mother. The receptionist then finishes up with the person in front of me and pencils in this middle aged lady's mother despite me being in line first. Really rude receptionists every time. Then there is Dr. Khan. He told me to put vaseline on my athlete's foot?!?! Did not help the situation at all, only got worse and thank god I got Dr. Chan next time and he actually prescribed me some medication that worked. Dr. Khan is pretty rude and shamed me for not having a family doctor.

Best walk in clinic I have ever been too. The doctor i have been seeing is incredible. She takes the time to really help you and listen. Exceptional service. Wait times can be long but the service is well worth it.

please DO NOT bother to call. this clinic only going help patient after pandemic flu. I called as walk in patient, the receptionist told me they are NOT going to see walk in, she push me to go to hospital or OTHER walk in clinic for help. Completely not interest to help. I call around the area, and find another walk in clinic book an appointment.
