Terrible, terrible interaction, disrespectful people. Avoid at all costs. They have been calling me for 2 weeks to update my father’s health card information which I declined to do so as he hasn’t been seeing this doctor for at least 5 years, but the person insists even though I made it clear that I didn’t want to share his health card information. If you have 3 hours to see a doctor who will say, “I will take care of your blood pressure, here is your prescription” in only three minutes, then go for it.

I called in today to ask for 2 referrals. The receptionist was super helpful and approachable. She put in a request promptly and was understanding of my situation- exactly the service I was hoping to get! Organized and efficient office. I believe her name was Lara. Thank you

I have tried calling the office about 100 times and they hang up the phone every single time. They just pick it up and hang up. How are we supposed to get through to book appointments?

People are grouping outside the office like cattle. Inhumane conditions for doctor’s office. Office space in third world countries would probably be better. Secretaries act as gatekeepers and asking to tell them “reason you want to see the doctor”, repeating your answer out loud for all the waiting room to hear.

He has been my doctor since I was a child. He is very attentive. He doesnt disregard any concerns. He will send you to whatever you think you need as long as it makes sense. He is a team player. I have been to many doctors who dont even look at your face. Make condescending remarks. And after you wait so long, they tell you "only one issue/appt." That one issue doesnt even get resolved. This doctor allows you to bring up all your concerns and deals with them. Most of the problems people go through are a result of stress. Stress is a silent killer. Like my severe migraines. No cure. Like buying vitamins is usually pointless because as long as you eat healthy you get all the nutrients. Whenever he tells you not to worry. I believe it. If the problem persists, he will make sure to find another solution. Regardless it is your responsibility to get a second opinion. Waiting is an issue but over the years it is so much better because he has gotten other doctors to help out. However, everyone wants to see him, so it makes it hard. His son is so caring also. I went to see him when I didnt know why I was having issues with aura and inflammation to my head. Numbness and speach impairment. He was so concerned he did all the tests to ensure I was okay before sending me to a neurologist. And the secretaries are really good and efficient at their job.

As a doctor he is wonderful as an appointment you need to wait more than 2 hour after your original appointment Bad experience and this not the first time

Doctor Armen is the family Doctor for my husband, son and I. Doctor Armen always takes his time to listen attentively and Is very thorough with sending us for appropriate testing when required. Dr. Armen reviews all lab results and tests at the follow up appointment and refers to specialists after discussion and understanding is clear.. He has been very supportive during the pandemic when I have requested an appointment.I highly recommend Doctor Armen Boyrazian.

The new receptionists make it extremely hard to get ahold of the doctor they either hang up the phone when i call or don’t answer the receptionist before was so respectful and always polite and made sure i always seen the doctor dr Armen Boyrazian is a great doctor but these new receptionists make me not want to visit this office anymore

It shouldn't matter...but Dr B has great bedside manner while still being direct and to the point. An understanding doctor with a great staff. 6 stars!

I have been a patient of Dr Boyrazian’s for over 35 years, an excellent family doctor and very satisfied all the years with him!
