My last visit with Dr.Yazdani for my 5 year old daughter was a total nightmare. She was completely rude and impatient. She did not have the courtesy to hear our concerns and clarify our questions. Thorough out our consultation she was rushing up to send us away. Wish there was a way to give negative rating here.
Incredibly unprofessional and essentially violent behaviour towards my 7 day old newborn baby. Dr yadzadi's bedside manner and patient care was unbelievably below the standard of healthcare that should be offered. The single most important aspect when qualifying as a medical professional is taking the time to listen to patients and this lady clearly failed that part of her examinations. Avoid this place and this "doctor" if you have any other option. 0/5
I don’t understand these bad reviews, because we had a great experience with Dr.yazdani, she is very knowledgeable and all her advices worked for our newborn baby, I like her attitude because she is not fake , so if your real concern is your newborn health not getting fake attention towards yourself and your baby then she is the one for you . Absolutely awful receptionists, they’re very difficult to book an appointment with and just seem like they don’t care at all. My appointment I made last week for the first available time just got cancelled today, and I was left a voicemail saying “can you call me back, I forgot the reason you wanted to see a doctor and I had to cancel your appointment”?!?
I booked a phone appt with Dr Ghaffar. No one called. I followed up with few emails. No response. However I am sure the clinic is billing my OHIP though. Don't bother with this place.
the attendant was very cold, she used a soft intonation of voice to appear polite, but it was the opposite. On the website it says family doctor but they are not accepting it for 2 years, according to the attendant. Information passed only after insisting, because she was already out of the phone without giving a reason.
Dr. Nejadghaffar has been my parents family doctor for 7 years. He is very helpful and kind. They are very happy to have him as their doctor.
Dr.Yazdani is the most unqualified paediatrician I’ve ever seen. She is rude, inpatient, and unprofessional. She is extremely negative and is incapable of making any connections with kids.I truly believe she is in the wrong business and doubt her degrees/qualifications. DO not waste your time to pay a visit . By the way, almost forgot to say staff are unfriendly as well!!
I was so sad to see some bad reviews. We love love love our doctor - Nejad Ghaffar. We first met him at a walk in clinic and then he became our family doctor. It has been 3 years. He is so knowledgeable, kind, patient, always giving the best advice that works. Reception girls are great but we are always kind to them too, learn their names and ask how they are doing when we see them. I always recommend our doctor to friends and hope we will continue taking new patients.
ATTENTION ALL PARENTS WITH SMALL CHILDREN, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!! Dr.Yazdani is by far the most unqualified paediatrician we've come to encounter. She is rude, inpatient, and unprofessional. After doing some background search on her, we've discovered she has been suspended a few times from the association of paediatricians in the past for malpractice. Google her and you'll see for yourself. After mis-diagnosing our 6 months old child, we decided to change her as she prescribed the wrong medication for our baby and caused his skin to react and get worst. We took our kid to Sick Kids Hospital and they were shocked to see what she had prescribed for our son. Dr.Yazdani didn't like the fact that we changed her as our pedi and called us trying to justify her misdiagnosis. As always, her inpatient tone and rude comments were unbearable. She paves her own path to disappointment and failure. Dr.Yazdani if you read this, please consider retiring as you seem to be way too old and inpatient for the practice of medicine. Avoid this clinic.
