Dr. Wong is the best & caring doctor I have experienced, I am a 68 years old new patient to him, he’s so patiently to listen my health conditions, explain each medications to me, regardless of I accidentally to put the cellphone on silent mode, missed his calls 3 times but Dr. Wong still insisted to contacting me. Excellent physician with an expert ability to listen, observe, take a deep interest in your issues to the point of even discovering an underlying issue that might not even be related to what you feel you have come in to see him about. This takes real expertise to be able to detect and then to priorities what is the focus and to help me determine what makes sense in my best overall health interest as a course of action. He is also highly empathetic just in his overall demeanour and let’s you know he cares about your needs not simple as a patient file of his but as someone whose health he is invested in and who he cares about. I’ve always walked away with that feeling that he cares! I also felt he uses the joint approach of working together with the patient in discussing cause, effect, and recourse, rather than a top down ‘old school’ approach of the clinician to patient dynamic.

I came across Dr. Wong's advertisement on Facebook in one of my social groups. I have not had a family doctor since I moved to Toronto, so running into Dr. Wong was my luck! He was very detail-oriented, attentive, and pleasant doctor to be around. I enjoyed his service, and have already recommended friends to him. If anyone is looking for a caring family physician for a long run, Dr. Wong will definitely be your go-to person.

Hello, everybody!!! We are a big family on age 8 months until 45 years and we are really very lucky to be treated by our Doctor Wong! He looks young, but professional,every time we have some problem he matches good treatment and after Israel's really good medicine I can say that I found a GOOD DOCTOR ! And he is always happy to see you, that not less important when you feel bad ! Very recommend!

First I'd like to mention Dr. Keith Wong's office. The receptionist are mainly okay but also some rude ones. The waiting area is clean not overly busy like in other clinics. Dr. Keith Wong is a English-speaking man of Asian descent. At first his bedside manner was good but got worse and worse. Has no patience and feels like he only cares about money.

David F - I am sorry you feel your medical issues were not addressed. I try my best to deal with each patient matter sensitively and carefully. I am a little concerned, because I do not have any patients going by your name! I'd kindly invite you to book an appointment to see me to discuss any outstanding medical concerns. Hopefully you can give me some feedback, so that I can understand what may be troubling you. We really should talk in person, because I don't prefer emailing and discussing medical issue electronically. It can really create some misunderstandings!

My boys 13 and 7 felt comfortable and at ease with Dr Wong they were able to discuss even embarrassing issues at ease with him. I found he was professional, informative and has a clam empathetic bedside manor.

It seems like Dr.Wong is a bit unorganized, unmotivated and doesn't show much concern for patients. He has the credentials and potential to become a good doctor but he just does the minimum and is satisfied with that.

For those of you looking for a new family doctor, he is NOT accepting, and don't bother calling. The receptionist is very impatient and very rude.

Without doubt the best Doctor l have had,truly caring,knowledgeable non judgemental and realistic.
