Have been here a few times since moving from out of town where my family physician still is, and I’ve always has positive experiences from start to end. Reception has always been very kind and helpful, and the doctors all that I’ve seen, but more specifically Dr. Pangka listen attentively, ask thorough questions, make sure they’re covering their bases, and have great attitudes. I’ve never felt hurried. They’ve called me months later just to follow up or make recommendations, and they take care of requisitions and referrals quickly. I’ve had way more thorough care here than anywhere else and am grateful for it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has no proper time management. If you book and appointment expect to wait over an hour. They will also discriminate against you if you have a condition. The doctor expects you to keep the mask on when examine you . How the f you suppose to check a patients throat for infection? They will ask if your vaccinated before they ask you what’s wrong . What happened to doctors actually caring ? They don’t so don’t waste your time with this judgmental office breaking the human code of conduct .also the receptionist are the 2 most ignorant rude receptionist I’ve ever met in my life , and it seems I’m not the only one who feels that way looking at the reviews. These women should be retrained to not be discriminating bias and racist.

Every experience that I have had in that clinic is worst than the other. The first time I went there in 2021 the receptionist was rude and didn’t listen. By that time they were taking new patients starting March 2022 and I kindly asked her to put me down on the list. When my appointment finished I asked her again if she put me on the list. The lady answer was “I think the other lady put you down” and I asked “you think or you’re sure?” She told me she was sure. At the beginning of this year I called and they told me that I wasn’t in the list and they are not taking anymore new patients. I kept going there but every time the receptionist is so rude. Please if you don’t like your job find another one. People that go there is because they are having a hard time and the receptionist makes it worst. Not going or calling there anymore.

Just walk away from this clinic. The receptionists are very rude and treat you like you owe them something. They are totally incompetent with very poor English. The worst part, they tell lies to send you away or not to work basically. When I asked to send my detailed blood work by email after a couple of attempts, she said 'I don't have it.' then I called them, 1 minute later I received it. It is so frustrating to deal with this due to the general lack of stuff.

THE DOCTOR MAY OR MAY NOT CALL? UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR!! I saw a doctor at the clinic previously and it was fine. I had an appointment and the doctor did not call me. I called the receptionist back and she was extremely unhelpful. Then I called back again and they hung up in my ear rudely! Who knows if this clinic will call you or not?

Had a good experience, went there with ear infection when my family doctor was not available. Walked in on Friday 10am, in-and-out in 20 min, minimal wait time. The in-person examination by a physician, was fine as well, and wasn’t rushed. There is free parking in the back and pharmacy on-site. Exactly what walk-in clinic should be.

There is a lady who works as a front desk person, I do not know her name. But she was there at 11 am on 2022-12-01. She is so rude. she has to get trained on how to work at a front desk to serve customers. She is very disrespectful and so rude. Even I was sitting and waiting dr and was hearing that she was gossiping behind me—very terrible service, very terrible clinic. I would not recommend anyone to visit that place. Instead of apologizing, she yelled at me. Terrible, terrible, terrible. It is a lousy remark of the name of Canada Healthcare. I strongly not recomend that place to anyone.

I came on Saturday had to wait about 40 minutes after check in . The receptionist was nice and polite. The doctor helped me with my problem right away! It was great experience overall.

Literally garbage. Why are they even open if they don’t have a doctor available? Receptionist made a follow up appointment for me last week, I go in today and they’re telling me there’s no doctor working today. What kinda doctor just gets to decide the day of that they just wanna work from home? The doctor I saw last time was unhelpful, she just shrugged, stared at me blankly, and goes “I don’t know” when I asked her medical-related questions. Had an appointment at 1, I had to wait until 2:30 to actually see the doctor.

The clinic staff receptionist lack communication skills and manners. The lady in the reception chair is rude, prejudice and bias towards others. Every experienced talking to her in reception has been awful. She does not listen what you have to say, she patronized forgetting to do her job. She takes attributions that does not concern her job as a receptionist.
