Doctor Kajal Patel. If I could give this review 0 stars I would. After years of having dr Patel as my family doctor she’s repeatedly been no help to me at all. Most recently I went in to get antibiotics for an infection I had after refusing me meds she offered me to make another appointment on another day for another check up. After doing a test and let me go she promised I’d have test results in 2 days. I’ve called everyday it’s been 10 days now and every time I call they tell me the results are not in. She pretended to do a swab in hopes I don’t call back and just “forget” about my own infection. Now I’m in the hospital because the infections gotten really bad and I have to wait 8+ hours in the hospital for antibiotics that she should’ve gave me initially. I’ve had to take 3 days off of work to deal with this and even when I told the nurse at the hospital they were extremely appalled. I do not recommend dr kajal Patel to anyone. She does not take her job seriously. She often tries to get you to make multiple appointments for 1 issue and seems extremely careless. Doctors have a very important job. If I behaved this careless at my job I wouldn’t have a job at all. I am not one to leave reviews anywhere for anything however since I have to wait hours at this hospital I have plenty of time to share my recent experiences.

Dr. Matthew Galati is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. It took me a very long time to find a good doctor like him.

Christopher Jyu, the worst doctor, he is not a doctor. He is a man who doesn't listen to patients, he just talks to his computer and prescribed ativan to everybody. Not a professional he can't be called a doctor. The worst experience ever. Less than 0 is the score he deserves

Dr Ambika Aneeja is a very professional and kind gynaecologist. Shes very accommodating and kind towards her patients. Highly recommend her as she doesnt ask for unnecessary tests and appointments. Her secretary Anita is also very friendly and deals smoothly throughout the visit.

We've been going here for years and it's very convenient. The medical building has numerous physicians/ specialists, a pharmacy, Lifelabs, and a clinic for ultrasounds/xrays. There's a huge space for parking. The building is close to Costco Warden, about 10-min walk. Restaurants such as Burger King, Tim Horton's, Pizza Hut, in the intersection closeby Warden and Ellesmere, and other stores around the area.

ENDOCRINOLOGIST DR. Jenny Y. Wang is the worse doctor and shouldn't be practicing, I have been dealing with hypothyroidism for a year and she was my first specialist and i told her all the side effects i had to levothyroxine, heart palpitations, excessive sweating, rashes, etc. And i have been on every dose of the medication from 0.025 to 0.112 and when i was on 0.1 4 months my tsh was 0.04 and hasimoto 156, she listened to everything and said i want start you on .138 synthroid and i asked to start low synthroid a 0.025, i told her i don't want to take any levothyroxine but she led me to believe synthroid was something different, she told me it is this or i will end up in a coma. She is rude condescending and made seem that the medication wasn't the problem. After 9 days of the medication i was back the same side effects. Why did she lead me to believe synthroid had a different composition. Who holds these doctors accountable, im still dealing with the side effects after stopping the medication. And she can't be bothered to reach out, tried to reach her numerous times.

Dr Gobal and Dr Aneja were amazing! They went out of their way to accommodate me at such short notice. They provided expert advice and consultation.

Dr. Z Longarini is a true professional. Thorough and personable, he makes a visit to the doctor's office as stress-free of an experience as possible. The secretaries are helpful, polite and communication with the office via online Open Care or phone calls is very prompt. I highly recommend this facility for the great standard of service they've set. Thanks!

It is a very good clinic with excellent GPs and specialists. This place has everything under one roof. A pharmacy, lab, radiology, dentistry, canteen, ample of free parking and many specialists. My GP Dr Ansari is one of the best Doctors I know. Not only her diagnosis is excellent, she is an amazing person too. I also saw Dr Patel, once in absence of Dr Ansari and she is good too. The supporting staff is very friendly and helpful. I never faced any issues here. My ENT Specialist Dr Praby Singh and gynaecologist Dr Anjali Aneja also practise here and I am really happy with both of them as well. Dr Praby Singh performed my sinus surgery only in 10 days notice, as I had to travel later, he explained me the procedure twice and made my recovery very smooth. Dr Aneja is also an excellent doctor, it's tough to get her appointments but she is worth the wait!

I would give a minus rating if I could. My daughter's family doctor is Dr. Lee. She is an excellent doctor. But I am calling them again and again to get an appointment, it's been over 4 months they don't respond to calls or voice mails. Why would they accept patients if they don't have the capacity? Also front desk persons are not helpful at all.
