Walmart Supercentre

What an absolutely terrible store, Sunday Aug 11, 9:00 am, only two self serve checkouts open, both on the lower item side.nAfter finally getting through noticed multiple errors on the bill, addressed these issues with the extremely rude shift manager who argued, and told us it was our fault as we scanned the items.nThis is apparently calamari and because the bar code matched he refused to honor the actual price.nAlso had produce that scanned in wrong because the signs that were up should have come down the past Thursday when the sale actually ended.nThis store is more concerned with having staff hover over you as you are forced to put through your own groceries then actually help you out and deliver even a touch of actual customer service. Absolutely terrible experience!

I would give it more but there are a few things. 1 lack of tills open but hey that’s at all Walmarts. I have abandoned full carts due to no till staff. 2 Sometimes it’s hard to find help. 3 large plus size section for women but not so much for the men’s section but once again an all Walmarts problem. Staff are helpful and friendly though!

Very disappointed, we found a bunch of super mario hot wheels cars in the $1.97 bin. Clearly someone who works there dumped them in there. Not paying attention to what they are doing. My 3 yr old was super excited. Hot to the self checkout, scanned them, was about to pay and realized it was a bit more than expected. When we brought it to the attendants attention she went to another attendant and he went to investigate. He came back, said gave us what the price was and offered nothing else except that he would honor one at a 1.97 and rest at regular. Incorrect practice as he also acknowledged there were others in there as well. Not happy at all.

Absolutely no staff! The self checkouts are all closed with a 20+ person lineup...I don't come here often but sometimes out of convenience I stop here and I am always reminded of how bad walmart is. It's shocking

This location is bright and spacious. They have large produce selection at the front and always have carts/baskets ready to go. I really like that they have a big baby & toddler clothing section. It's well organized, and there are so many different options compared to some of the smaller Walmart stores. There is plenty of parking, including several handicap/disabled spots. Customer service is always friendly - returns are easy to process here. They typically only have a few cashiers open, so sometimes there is a lineup, but they have several self checkouts at this location, too. The downside to this location is exiting the lot ... the closest exit onto the main Emerald Drive where you can turn left or right is at the McDonald's and it gets really busy/backed up there.
