Went today to purchase a bra. The young lady, I think her name was Ashley, was so very very helpful and well mannered and knowledgeable. Will definitely return.

Dec.7/2017 Staff knew where to send me for NAVY dressy tights, 100-denier with slight shimmer, 3 prs. for $15...across the parking lot at (should I mention the store?) Ardene. Wonderful advice for a person who hates shopping. Many, many thanks, ladies!

Made an online order July 7 2017. After 4 or 5 days I hadn't received a tracking number so I emailed and waited a few days.They responded with goodies on the way but still no tracking. July 14 I check my bank account and the funds were credited back to me, with no email or call from the company explaining the refunded payment. I assume my order is cancelled, sent another email to them basically saying thanks for letting me know. By this point I'm annoyed and would rather not order from them, no one seems to know what they're really doing. I go on with my life, another week passes. July 21 they email me saying there is an issue finalizing payment and I have 48 hours to cancel order. I email back saying I thought my order had already been cancelled for a week, my payment was credited back to my account July 14. I'm an understanding person but this is ridiculous. I just told them to cancel the order I no longer wish to deal with them. I checked my account and payment was taken out! They sent me an email July 22 stating my order was shipped and therefore couldn't be canceled. Why tell me I have 48 hours to cancel if your just going to take my money and ship anyway. I will never order online from la vie en rose again. Unbelievable, I placed order on July 7! It's now July 22. RIDICULOUS!!
