WORST LOCATION EVER! I've been to 3 other Sephora locations in the past month but this was the only one that cuts all the applicators off their testers!!? First they said it was hygiene but when I asked why other Sephoras don't do it including WEM which would be way busier, they couldn't answer. So they said they have disposable applicators but she had to hunt all around the store, then ask someone else where they were. Then gave me one? So I laughed and said 'am I supposed to use one on every gloss & lip oil I want to see?' and she handed me a half dozen. Apparently on a $55 lip gloss we're just supposed to have faith that we'll love the applicator it comes with because we aren't allowed to see it Handed the applicators back way to even try for green, Sephora and I'll do a different location after the sale. Jeepers, terrible experience. Are the folks in Sherwood Park really much dirtier than elsewhere in Ed?

I am leaving a negative review about the impression of your store and the knowledge of your consultants. The atmosphere was unpleasant. I don’t know the reason—whether it was my level of English or a stain on my clothes from baby food. I had 15 minutes to shop before the store closed. I wanted to spend money, but the consultants’ knowledge and attitude prevented me from doing so. I only left $80, whereas I could have spent more. Sephora should maintain its status, and consultants should at least be knowledgeable about the available assortment. One consultant didn’t even know that you had a men’s antiperspirant and only showed me one unisex option. Another consultant replaced her and showed me shower gel, while I was looking for a fancy, high-quality shower gel. In the end, I was advised to go to Marshalls instead. I came to your store to leave you my money, “Maybe my English is not that good, but I can definitely sense the consultants’ looks and their energy, and because of that, I will never visit your store again and will not leave you any money. My visit was the first and the last. I wish the store manager would pay attention to the behavior and knowledge of the consultantsnI am a mother of an infant, and I have very little time for shopping. But when I do find the time, I want quick, quality, and friendly service.

I never leave reviews especially negative ones but, 9 times out of 10 employees are always stuck up at this location. Too busy to acknowledge a customer because they’re chatting with other colleagues or friends. Safa was especially rude when I asked to help with finding a product.

Consistently bad service at this location. Lines at the till are excessively long because staff is busy engaging with each other and not the customers. I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at Sephora Emerald Hills on the afternoon of August 16th was disappointing. I visited the store on my birthday to pick up my gift, and not a single staff member acknowledged me. Most of them seemed more interested in chatting with each other than assisting customers. I wasn’t the only one who felt ignored—another woman nearby shared the same sentiment. When I asked an employee where to find the birthday gift, she responded without any excitement or birthday greeting, simply pointing me toward the checkout. The cashier was equally indifferent, offering no birthday wishes or samples. The overall lack of warmth and enthusiasm from the staff was very noticeable.nnDefinitely not the kind of experience you'd hope for on your special day—especially after being a loyal Sephora shopper all year long and going to get your birthday gift for the first time ever. Very disappointed!
