I walked in today just hoping to find a couple makeup products that will suit me well. I don’t know much about makeup so I was a little scared at first but Khushleen approached me and was very kind and patient with me. She was very professional and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the products I was getting. She even applied some blush on my face to make sure I was happy with the look! 10/10 customer service! Thank you Khushleen!

Unfortunately a bad branch. I came in the store and only had one employee approach or even noticed my presence. I was one of the three other customers at that time. The staff were all just gossiping and on their phones, couldn't even be bothered to look at me and ask if I needed help. Clearly not interested in working at all. The worst part is when other people came in, they went and approached them. It was a really unpleasant feeling to be ignored throughout my visit. The cashier at that time was clearly bored and just was rushing through my checkout process. It's my birthday month, and I know they always offer a gift at checkout. To my surprise, not even a mention of it. Out of surprise and frustration I didn't bother correcting her. Whoever manages this branch, please remind your staff to be more mindful and don't just browse your phone during work hours.

I don’t typically write negative reviews since I understand that employees can have off-days, however, I’ve returned to this location many times and have always had negative experiences with customer service. The employees at the Edmonton locations are always wonderful and helpful, but not at the Sherwood park location. When I am looking around, I’m stared at rather than offered assistance. When I go up to an employee for assistance, who isn’t busy, they’re just standing around they turn around and walk away to stand around somewhere else. There are a few people who have been lovely, but the majority of the employees here are rude and unprofessional. Until this changes, I’d rather make the drive to Edmonton so that I don’t feel like an inconvenience shopping here.n*I have emailed the Sherwood park location months ago, and never received a response, so it appears that they don’t care for feedback.

[I have edited my previously negative review]nnI gave this location a second chance last weekend while having my youngest niece in tow. The service was much better this time around! We were greeted and asked if we needed any help, and while checking out, they even made my niece feel special by giving her a Sephora paper bag and a couple of fragrance samples. I will be back. THANK YOU!

I was in the other day looking for a concealer for under my eyes that wouldn’t sink into my fine lines & with full coverage. Leah helped me out. She was very knowledgeable & friendly. I bought her recommendation & love it
