From the beginning of my purchase of a new Washer/Dryer through Rob to the service call from Technician Russell, the Customer Service experience was exceptional and professional. Can't say enough about Robs professionalism. He made me feel comfortable about my purchase right from the beginning and the reassurance that he and the company stand behind the products they sell and the service they provide. He was a joy to talk to. Russell, the Service Technician was just as easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and professional. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic.  The best priced fridge I researched in the area.  So we bought 2.  One for me and one for my condo neighbor. Rob was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  I was out of town, and he went above and beyond to help me coordinate the removal of our old fridges and installation of the new ones.  He made it so easy. My renter and neighbor tell me that the installation crew was very fast, efficient and careful.  The word they used to describe the exchange of fridges was "smoooooooth".  Will definitely use this company again in the future!

Thought we would have to buy a new dryer to replace our 21 yr old one. They asked to let a technician come check it out. Ended up being just a blown fuse ,that they replaced. Saving us from buying new dryer.

Live in Sherwood park our friend suggested to go here to buy our appliances. The service was amazing Rob was with us every step of the way we did not have to wait around for someone to show up or sell us products that are not available like some of the big box stores .will definitely go back again .

Go here!!! They save you $$$ by giving you excellent fix-it-yourself advice and these are very experienced guys with any appliance knowledge you are looking for. After the service today, these ol boys earned lifetime customers. Helpful, honest and they take great pride in service with a great friendly attitude!!
