I highly recommend Nufloors! Ralph and his staff are great, they are very focused on customer satisfaction. From Hope their in house designer, to Tony the best installer I've ever seen. They carry quality products at good prices. I have used them 4 times over the years, in my business, and have always had great experiences. Recently had my entire main floor of my home done, and rock/tile around my fireplace. It turned out beautifully. Even with me changing the job part way through, they still managed to work around my schedule, and get it all done before Christmas. Thank you to Ralph and his staff!

I fully recommend going to see Ralph. He was able to assist us with dissecting all of the choices you face when walking into any flooring store. The store has an exceptional selection of flooring choices to meet everyone's needs. Our install had to be done in two stages. Ralph and his installer worked closely with us to accommodate working around not only a lived in home, but the other contractors that were doing work within the house at the same time. Tony, our installer, did one heck of a job installing our new vinyl plank flooring (I said vinyl yes I did). Looks better than laminate, is warmer than laminate and can take a beating. Nu Floors interior designer, Hope, is also available if you have any questions or, like us, cannot simply pick out paint colours. Ralph and his team will take care of you from start to finish.

Nufloors in Sherwood Park just installed carpet in our home and we couldn't be happier with the service and the install. The store staff was very helpful and patient while we decided on the product and the installers were quick, clean and friendly. The price was right and we would definitely use Nufloors again for flooring installation.

My husband and I recently replaced all the carpet in our home. We went to see Mark from Nufloors on a Friday afternoon. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He came to our home the following Monday to do measurements and the quote was received later that day. Once we had picked our carpet, Mark was able to have the carpet installed 2 days later due to a opening. Our installer Tony, was amazing! He was able to install all the carpet in 3 days!! (4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, spiral staircase and hallway/mezzanine). We were absolutely shocked how fast and efficient Tony was. The carpet looks absolutely amazing. We would recommend Nufloors to anyone looking to replace their carpet who wants a quality job done. Thank you so much Mark & Tony! Matt & Katie

We have dealt with Mark at Nufloors in sherwood park 2 times now and have been very happy with the great customer service we received! We were also extremely happy with the awesome install job Max did for us!
