I went today to fix a problem on my settings. I talk to Tyler and I have to say he his excellent at was he does. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer services. Keep up the good work Tyler!

A great promotion was on and I wanted to scoop up the deal! I qualified for it, but needed some changes to my account that could not be done in store. Kristy T. was the bomb! She got right on it for me and called the main office to make all the changes! She was helpful and just down right awesome. In the past I’ve had a few bad instances with the call centre but Kristy really made me want to stick with Bell. Great Job Kristy!

Got a new phone from this Bell location and had a misunderstanding with the options the plan came with. Spoke with Keegan, the store manager today, and he was more than understanding and accommodating of our needs! Would highly recommend this store, their products and service.

I preordered the new iphone last week and went to pick it up yesterday. Both times Tyler was really helpful and friendly throughout all my inquiries. Yesterday was a busy day for them, but customer service was not at all compromised. I really appreciate the great environment they create in this store.

Tyler was exceptionally helpful! We set up a mobile internet plan and took the time to explain all our options. Excellent customer service. Thanks.
