Lowe's has always been a great place to visit for Home renovation needs. Some of the discounts can be steep making some much delayed maintenance affordable. As well the range of products available is definitely a step up from the old Rona/Home Depot days. This particular location is pretty good. The staff are pretty attentive and eager to assist. However it can be a bit challenging finding someone on the fly. Another challenge is finding a quick egress to head back to the Anthony Henday (to go west). We found we had to turn into a local gas station parking lot and cut through to head west. All in all though, I would certainly be happy returning here.

I have had a positive experience everytime I've visited. Steven, at the paint desk, is amazing! Always friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and cares about his position. We just moved into our first home and have a lot of painting to do. We will continue to come see him! Steven is just one of the many great employees that we have had the pleasure of dealing with and he deserves recognition for his quality of work. I have seen him help several customers at one time and is pleasant and professional regardless of being the only person who I have ever really seen at this counter. It started raining and hailing when we visited this store for the first time. We had our baby with us and the ladies at the front were very accommodating by lending us umbrellas and a jacket to keep our baby safe and warm. Thank you!

We are very disappointed with the customer service at this location. My husband and I went in this morning to shop for a dishwasher. The store was not busy but no one came around to help us until we went searching for an employee. He showed no enthusiasm in helping us and seemed very annoyed with our questions in comparing two models of the same brand. Once we made our choice, he informed us that it was back ordered for two to four weeks! We had to ask him to check other stores and then he informed us that Manning had 8 left. We went to Manning where an enthusiastic, helpful employee helped us with our purchase.

Terrible. That sums up my experience. I've been back to the Lowe's 4 times to get my trailer. I keep getting the wrong documentation or they didn't fill it out... I still don't have an emailed receipt with the VIN on it after 15 hours. Getting building supplies delivered seems to be a huge issue. No one would pull it, was going to be 5 days to receive. Had to speak to the store manager to have this worked out. Got it in 2 days and when it did arrive the insulation was the wrong size... So angry.

Purchased 40 bags of cellulose insulation, salesman gave me some BS in order to try and sell more expensive insulation. When picking up the blower (free 24 hour rental for 20 bags purchased) was told only one 24 hour period per purchase (tip: buy in 20 bag increments to maximize rental time). First blower had an inoperable agitator, when I called I was told it would not work below -25C (temperature was -17C). Returned it and discovered their other blower had an inoperable agitator AND blower. Had to ask for some compensation for my difficulties (basic customer service would offer it upfront). The products they sell are no different than any other DIY store, but this particular store would do well to reduce their staff and use those wages to hire competent staff.
