I went in for service after my warranty was up and was told my clutch needs to be replaced after 4 years of driving and I was asked if this if the first time I've ever driven a manual car. They refused to do my wheel alignment because of it. I went to a mechanic and got a 2nd opinion and he said my clutch is still in good shape, I've 3-4 more years easy with it. This service lady was trying to convince me to go for the 2500$ clutch replacement at volkswagen. I'm not going back to this money hungry vulture of a company again after that.
This is my second car from Jonathan Hamel and VW Lauzon Boisbriand. Jonathan has the best customer service and sales skills. He is very responsiveness, Knowledgeable and honest. Working in sales and customer service I really value these qualities and look forward to continuing our relationship together. I also refer Jonathan to all of my friends and family looking for a VW.

Leaving review on behalf of my father who purchased a used 2017 Porsche 911 from VW Lauzon Boisbriand. Transaction was done entirely through phone and email and dealer represented the vehicle well, car was better than anticipated on delivery which was a pleasant surprise. Keenan and Denis assisted him and were helpful will all questions and concerns. Would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.
