Auto Alex

This is the first time I've ever written a review in all my years of interneting. Let me start off by saying that I flew from Toronto to Montreal to buy a car from Auto Alex, and I couldn't be happier. I was looking for a very specific car and everything I found locally was either overpriced by at least $3000 or in terrible condition. After speaking to Anthony over the phone I was convinced to take a leap of faith and travel almost 600km for a car. He was quick to gain my trust and reassured me that the car would not disappoint. And he was right. To this day, I am still surprised how well kept the car was (a local trade in) and the price I purchased it for. When I arrived everyone was very kind and not a single person tried to sell me anything. Imagine being able to buy a car with zero pressure. Chris was very helpful and answered my hundred questions with a smile on his face, despite having to juggle around since it seemed like he was the only sales person there. Sonia and the receptionist with the pretty eyes (I don't think I got her name) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was a little running around between buildings to deal with but that was only a minor inconvenience that would never affect the purchase of a car. After driving/inspecting the car myself I felt that the "safety inspection" by their mechanic I requested over the phone was not necessary, but was later told that it was a mandatory process. Once again, a very minor issue that did not affect me purchasing the car. Overall, the staff was great and the car exceeded expectations, passing the Ontario safety inspection was no issue at all. I've driven over 1000km since purchasing the car and it's still in one piece, so that's a good sign!

Bought a Subaru Outback from here. The overall process was friendly and easy. Salesman is not pushy and is very informative. This place seems to find good deals on auctioned cars.. So long as you do the inspection yourself to know what you are buying, you can have a great experience doing business with this dealer. I would recommend them to anyone who is a little comfortable dealing with cars. Would buy again in the future!

I recently bought a car from here and from the beginning the service was excellent. Any and all questions were answered. Detailed history about the cars and honest answers were given. They go out of their way to help you. Chris was amazing and very friendly and professional. So was Anthony. So was Adam. You can tell the teamwork is there and they work together to ensure you get the best service. Very good prices. Clean cars. I’m very happy with my purchase. Even any questions I had after receiving my car were answered. Even after selling you the car they’re still there to help you and make sure you’re happy. I can’t say enough good things about Auto Alex. It feels good to know that there are still places like these that are honest and are actually there to HELP you find the car that’s right for you. Thank you Chris for the time you took to ensure we had the best service. I recommend Auto Alex to anyone looking to buy a good car for a good price with excellent service. Thanks again!

Popped in randomly to check out a specific car more in depth. No one harassed or accosted me as I scanned the car over from the outside. Wanting a closer inspection, I sough out a representative, Adam quickly appeared and was very helpful. After a quick test drive and further discussion on the car, I decided against purchasing but my experience would easily allow me to return if something else were to catch my eye.

Was referred to Adam from auto Alex by a good friend, went to visit the dealer and was surprised at all the deals! I Ended up buying my car from them; no issues, received complete sales service along the way and was very happy with Sonia from financing department, heck; they even upgraded my mats and battery! I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a proper car that is priced very reasonably...I can go as far as saying that they have the lowest prices in Laval, seriously check it out AJ Kenth
