I received fantastic customer service from Simon. He recommended a car that I loved and was very well informed. He was completely respectful of the fact that I was on a budget and not at all pushy. He was incredibly helpful whenever I had a problem despite not being the salesman in charge of my file. Hands down, the best sales service I have ever received.

What a horrible experience! We went in with a specific car in mind. Found out it’s sold as is. No problem we will look at another one. I must have said five times I do NOT want a Dodge Journey. Why does he show us? A Dodge Journey. Why don’t you take it for a test drive, we will bring it from our warehouse and call you when it comes in. Okay no problem. Gave him a deposit to hold the car. He then shoves is off to the Finance Director. We sit in the office and he starts putting financing through. Of course I stopped him and asked what he was doing. He replied with well we want to start the financing and when you get the car here you can take it. So in a nutshell we almost got sold a car that we hadn’t even seen. If your going in there be careful they’re sneaky.

Thank-you HGregoire. My wife and I had a great customer service experience from Frank Tremblay. He answered all our questions and never hurried us, and really let us take our time choosing. Even though we didn't have a car brand in mind, he was willing to show us as many as we wanted.
