They cannot be trusted. Go to Canadream - they are waaaay better.

We rented a trailer for 6 people. It came a little dirt and with some smell on the upper bads.
When we returned the vehicle 12 days latter, they signed us off and said everything was OK, but several days latter they send an email saying that they needed to charge an extra 110 dollars for cleaning, just because now there's nothing we can do about it.

Very good RV rental place. Huge fleet of RV'S. Almost brand new.

Worst experience ever. 
They actually do not provide full insurance. Unfortunately we had a weird accident and had to pay 3700 dollars on top of our 6000 dollars RV rental. I regret I chose them for our family vacation.
